After reviewing on trust pilot ,I received a complaint number on 8th of May . I emailed for update on 15th June - still no reply.My initial complaint was made in December, then again in January.

The first car we bought came with single key and we were informed at the handover time. The sales agent said ' did i mention it is only come with 1 key? ' and then we had to arrange another appointment for the second key. We bought our second car and same sentence used by sales agent. Till date he has not got back to us. We bought the car in April.

Picked up our new tuscon n line yesterday, originally went to look at there mg's. Sales people were busy so looked next door where we were met by maz a very helpful young man, was very polite answered all our questions . Sold as a hyundai instead.

I recently purchased a new car from Richmond Hyundai Bognor Regis. I was assisted by Maz. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and polite. We discussed what I needed and what my price range was. He was never pushy and not once did he try to sell me something I didn't want. From sale to car handover it was a pleasant, easy and excellent service. Ask for Maz!

Got the car of Maz 10/10 customer service. Really thorough with paperwork and was always pleasant to talk to.

Maz carried out our handover of our new car today and from looking to purchase to collection he’s been flawless. Brilliant attention to detail and made the whole experience really smooth.

Maz was a very nice chap to deal with he ensured we knew everything about the car and was lovely.
But he couldn’t hand us over quick enough at the end of the sale. He pushed us to give him a service review (which we, lacking experience did) and then said goodbye as we were left with the service team.
When we were negotiating for the purchase of the car we made it clear that we had been offered free 3 year serving (for a Kia) and they said that although they could not match this they would offer discounted service options. We asked and asked throughout the purchasing process but it was not until we were all done that we were introduced to the service department who gave us a deal that saved us 10% off list of 2 years of servicing. £600 cost to us for 2 years vs 3 years free for their competitor (Kia) we had been offered free.
We drove away with a lovely car but the clear understanding that we had been taken for mugs. Soooo disappointed.

Maz picked up half way through the process and was a joy to engage with. He was able to provide answers quickly and ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

Aidan was extremely knowledgable and helpful and looked after us well. I took a star off because one of the keys was missing on completion and we have to wait for it to arrive.

I had been to multiple showrooms and dealerships over the last month, and was generally met with pushy salesmanship and a lack of personable understanding. Until I came to Hyundai Bognor and was met by Maz. A smile on arrival and a very understanding kind mannered nature to our circumstances. Maz made everything simple and clear to me and was very patient. I have taken a new car with Maz and couldn't be happier. Ben was very nice and Parts were also excellent with me. I can't recommend visiting Hyundai enough and will definitely return. Thanks alot Maz you're a credit to yourself and Hyundai.

Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that I was interested in. He was very professional and certainly went above and beyond in an effort to cater for our needs. Having spent a few weeks looking and various vehicles from several manufacturers, Adam was by far the most helpful and accommodating salesman of them all.

This is a review of my experience at Richmond motor group Bognor Regis.
I popped at the start of April and ordered a MGZS Hybrid + from Sarah. No problems with her. But after 5-6 weeks I still don’t have a delivery date of my car. All I hear is “it’s at sea”.

My other gripe is the staff. The managers sit in the office and don’t acknowledge customers. And the front of house staff do not acknowledge your arrival. It would be nice to see someone say. Hello. We will be with you in a minute.

Communications I don’t think is this branches strong point

I emailed to ask a couple of questions. Didn’t get a reply. But got a survey asking me how I was looked after. Well the score for that was obviously pretty low.

Will be nice to get the new car but so far the service from the manager down is pretty poor but Sarah has been fine.

So to summarise. Communications isn’t Richmond Bognor Regis strong point

I am in the process of buying an electric car from this branch today which I saw advertised recently. Adam has been really helpful and has answered all my questions and been very warm and approachable.
My only disappointment is the paltry sum that my two cars which I have traded in have fetched. They both have low mileage and one in particular is very dear to my heart and it is painful to leave such a car behind to go to auction.
