Recently purchased a car from the Guildford branch where I was introduced to Elliott. From the get go he was brilliant, very informative and helpful without being pushy or applying any pressure to buy. Initially I was dreading the process of buying a car while 8 months pregnant but the process was so easy and stress free. Had a test drive, paid a deposit and picked the car up a couple of days later and it's lovely and very happy with it. Overall experience was great and would recommend.

We met Elliott Falkner whilst looking at the cars for sale outside. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at every stage of our purchase of a Hyundai Tucson. During the purchase Elliott explained everything clearly and accurately. He explained all the benefits of the car and the additional services that we could purchase.

Me and my wife arrived with an idea of what we wanted. We approached the sales team and were greeted by Nick - he was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to guide us to the car we wanted by taking his time and showing us a number of choices in that model. We decided on a car that same day thanks to Nick. His aftercare was also great - sorted a few cosmetic issues with the car quickly and the car came to us in great condition. A really positive experience.

We were welcomed into the showroom straight away by Nic, who made the whole process very easy. This was my first Motobility car and he explained how the scheme works, talked me through the best options for my existing car, and then sorted the whole thing out within days. Nic was professional, efficient and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in using this garage again.

Four weeks ago, I ordered a new Hyundai Santa Fe after seeing an offer repeatedly advertised on Instagram: £3,000 deposit and £299 per month. I paid £500 to secure the order, and the car arrived at the port on 12 April after being shipped from South Korea.
However, just two days ago, I received a call from the seller informing me that the advertised deal was no longer available. I was told that if I still wanted to proceed, the monthly payment would increase to £417, or I could cancel the order altogether.
This experience feels misleading and unacceptable, especially coming from a well-known UK company.

Today 29th May, still no reply, as expected, I have sent a bill of a rented car while I was waiting for this car delivery, and not even a negative response. Very sorry, because this Guildford branch is very near my home and now I just have to find another dealer... that hopefully has more sense of proper customer service
