Easy to order and fast delivery. My only comment would be that I would have liked an option to order the products as a gift whereby the invoice could be withheld and a message included. I’ve sent them to a friend for her birthday and I have had to message her partner to ask him to intercept the delivery and remove anything that indicates the cost of the items

Knowing i was in for a real treat. Quality product as I'd tried a free sample. Skin stayed moisturised for 24hrs. Smelled amazing!. Wanted the moisturiser for a while. Came into some extra money and decided to treat myself. Wow!! What packaging. Felt very luxurious and decadent. Extremely pleased, thankyou Rhug

Delivery was within the timescale promised, the packaging was careful and all recyclable and the produce itself a real joy to use in addition to being efficacious.
Knowing that all elements are natural and organic is of paramount importance to me.

Only just received so only used last night but this morning my skin feel really soft and moisturised. The packaging, which I feel is part of the experience, is beautiful, felt like a real luxury treat. A few small samples included as well! I’m 57 and have sensitive dry skin just for info.

the samples were really nice. my favourites are the eye serum, & the cream cleanser. it was also lovely to try the facial oil and the balm cleanser. the rose smell of the balm cleanser reminds me of the Rose Beauty Balm by (am I allowed to say?)

Very nice products to use and a pleasing background. A bit expensive for me to change from my current brand, but would definitely use some.

the serum is fantanstic would love to buy this but well out of my price range £130.00 really!

I love the sample products. The perfume is beautiful and I can feel the difference in my skin already. It's just a shame the full sized products are so expensive.

I reached out to Rhug with an ordering issue I had and they reached back right away to help me with my problem. They assured me if it happened again that I could just contact them right away and they could process my order a different way. They were polite and wonderful to deal with. I answered them back and they responded with a wonderful email back.
