I have had my MGA Roadster insured through RHS for some years now. They are one of the few Companies who answer the phone these days promptly. I had my Insurance renewal dealt with efficiently and courteously by Ethan Brooks today. Job Done!

I have two vehicles insured through RH insurance. All my interactions with the team have been excellent, they are extremely efficient and courteous. I have used their breakdown service on several occasions and the response was exceptional. I received accurate information about when recovery would arrive and follow up calls to ensure attendance had taken place. This is refreshing old fashioned customer service which seems to have been lost in so many large businesses.

I have 3 classic bikes insured with RH Insurance they are super efficient and prices are excellent. You can phone them and your call is answered straight away and you actually speak to someone who knows what they're talking about and are always very helpful. You DON'T get "your call is important to us and you are now number 34 in the queue" !! this is a big plus for me as I haven't got the time or inclination to wait in a queue for hours on end.. Well done RH !!

The phone was answered very quickly and my conversation with Ethan is exactly how modern companies should operate . No hanging on and listening to an inane voice saying Your call is important to us , when it plainly isn,t .
And in an accent I could understand .

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The cost of insurance was very competitive.

I insured with RH because they were very competetive and Ethan was most helpful. He answered all my questions regarding my car insurance and was very professional at all times. Explained things to me in a quiet way and promised to send all the paperwork by post, which i prefer. A good experience all round.

I have used RH for a number of years now because of a combination of the products offered and the service given, and at a very reasonable price level. This years renewal was handled by Izzy who was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to steer a way through a difficult multi car policy without any effort whatsoever and furthermore seemed to have the answers to all my enquiries on hand immediately!

Just renewed my motorcycle insurance and was happy with the service I received. The quote was good and the details and conditions are what I require. The process was also made much more pleasant by the cheerful and knowledgeable Jess who was a delight to deal with.
