Very impressed with the 24hr launderette, machines very clean. Does a great job, no detergent needed as supplied, easy to use & contactless payment. Large load dried quickly and came out smelling lovely too. Will definitely use again.

Je suis mécontent de c'est machine c'est inacceptable d'avoir son linge bloqué dedans et que personne ne vienne dépanner aujourd'hui je c'est qu'il n'aurons plus un sous de ma part parce que quand tu appelle le service et qu'il te raccroche au nez merci

I spent £10.50 for 45 minutes on the dryer, put it on the highest heat setting and clothes were still soaking wet ! I wasn’t willing to pile more money in, so have had to take them home wet and go to another launderette tomorrow, what a waste of time and money.

Poor customer service from Rachel.

Contacted her about an issue and washing stuck in machine. She was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Still waiting for engineer and had to rearrange flights home because she wasn’t interested in reapplying to web chat.

Went yesterday and the machine was broken, went back today, paid £13, it span but no water, disinfectant or softner was added so my clothes came out exactly as they went in, waste of time and expensive.

I complained a month ago, that the site at Morrisons was not open 24hrs, wasting time and money. No opening hours on the lauderette,online,Morrisons staff did not know?!
I received a reply that an engineer in the area would investigate the issue.
Arraiving this morning at 07.45 the launderette was closed again, deciding to wait, it woke up at 08.20.
I am contacting tradind standards with supporting evidence,and witnesses, to lodge a formal complaint. Appalling.

Attention la laverie de Vagney 88120 machine numéro 2N79 s'ouvre en plein cycle de lavage, on a volé ma couette de 2 pers et lorsque j appelle le service client , pour qu ils regardent les caméras de surveillance, ils me repondent que c est impossible et cest de ma responsabilité et refusent d admettre que la machine peut s ouvrir en plein cycle ...on nage en plein delire ..la dame au téléphone est tres froide et têtue, me repete sans cesse la même chose ...inadmissible !!!!!

Arrived at 7pm approx to wash my bedding as I live full time in my van, meaning this is only option and have only 1 set of bedding, to my surprise half way through drying the machines shut off at 9pm leaving majority of my bedding soaked due to lack of care to change the clocks back on the machines! Very angry and disappointed

Celà fait plusieurs fois que ces machines ne fonctionnent pas,
Le remboursement reste impossible malgré les relances,
J'ai utilisé la même machine à un mois d'intervalle, elle avait la même panne,et pas remboursée depuis,

Used this service last year and thought it was very good and cost 6.00 for 45 mins...went today sane load and same time.. 10.50. This is a ridiculous increase....shall not be using again. They are taking the proverbial .....Sue

First time using these machines. The touchscreen control refused to work - total waste of my travel time. Tried phoning the number available for help - Saturday afternoon and no-one available.

Great for when my washer broke down. Seemed to wash ok. Only problem was it text me which I expected to be 5 mins before the end of the cycle. Turned out there was still 20 mins to go

I use Revolution they are brilliant for while we are away in our caravan. Nothing is too much trouble if you are stuck you can what’s app them and today the engineer was doing his weekly service. I do recommend.

6 machines went down in the middle of service , moved them one that was working and now that’s broke too. Rang customer service , can’t get clothes out of machine till 3 am till it resets, or possibly maybe an engineer will come. Biggest load of rubbish

So after reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical about using these machines. I only used the dryer so put a small load in initially, then used for my towels and bedding. Suggested time was 45 minutes which is what it usually takes when I go to the launderette. Found on the medium setting for 15 minutes some of my smaller items were still damp but set to high for the towels and bedding, with no problems. Found the whole process simple.

J'ai voulu laver ma couette je paie 10euros mais sur l'écran rien donc impossible de suivre les instructions pour mettre en route la machine à laver. J'ai perdu 10euros. J'ai téléphoner personne n'a répondu ensuite j'ai effectué 2 réclamations depuis le mois d'août aucun retour. Super !!!! Nul nul nul

18kg washing machine at Hales Service Station, Norfolk is out of order. No way of knowing until after loading the machine and paying for wash by credit card. 2nd visit and yet again one of the machines is broken. No customer support, the helpline number refers you to a website. Refund takes 5-7 days.

Went to Newark Morrisons to use your washing machine but would not accept my debit card, total waste of time and they looked filthy dirty, luckily I found a traditional launderette with staff on hand not to far away which I'll use again in future. Don't waste your time with these filthy dirty no service machines.

Use the machines Seamer Road Scarborough paid for two small washes with conditioner £13 then paid for total two hours drying time because the washing machines didn’t spin the clothes dry. At the end left with one load still wet. Then realised that all the clothes smelt worse after the wash than before. Machine didn’t use any detergent or the paid for conditioner. Then when complaining on their site max you can only claim a maximum of £20 back. I spent £41 and got half a load of wet clothes and half dry all smelling of dogs. (Two other people turn up while I was there obviously dog groomers washing all there dog towels and blankets)
Will never use them again and will tell everyone I meet not to either.
I thought it was a great idea but then realise the machines will not be looked after as well as a proper launderette.

Your reply proves you don't even read your reviews correctly, if you had of read it you would have seen I have claimed a refund but your policy has left me with a £21 loss and having to wash all my clothes again.
Very poor service but good luck keeping your customers with your poor replies.
