Avoid at all costs!
I purchased a pair of Opanka ballet flats from Vivobarefoot website and loved them so much I bought them in tan from Revivo.
Big mistake! The insole had been replaced badly, resulting in bunched up material at the toe in one shoe. Both insoles were coming away as well.
Needless to say I sent them back. Rebound tracking says they have successfully returned to Revivo but am still awaiting a refund. They don’t respond to emails. I am now trying to get a refund via Klarna who are contacting them on my behalf. Such horrible customer service. Never again!
After a good experience with my first order of "great" condition shoes, my second order of "excellent" (which is a higher grade) has been a disaster. One of shoes had very significant obvious damage. After customer services agreed that I should receive a full refund a month ago, I still have not received one. I will now be pursuing a section 75 refund through my credit card provider,
Ok I will start with the cons:
Revivo sent me two pairs of the wrong shoes, they sent trainers and not the sandals I ordered. They then told me they were out of stock so I ended up with nothing :( I emailed regarding getting them to pay the postage and my emails were ignored until I rang the number on the receipt and got through to Vivo - it turns out Revivo don’t actually have a telephone number. Make of that what you will - eg: they don’t seem to want to deal with all the complaints!!
Thankfully the lady from Vivo shoes was great and she contacted someone straight away and they sent me free postage to return the incorrect order.
I am bitterly disappointed with the lack of care in the warehouse when packing and the fact they then didn’t send me any replacement sandals despite it being their error, what a waste of time. Plus there was no talk of compensation or a money off coupon for their error. Personally I believe if Revivo mess up they should send the correct order from Vivo and take the loss. Am I wrong?
Another bug bear is the sizing, it’s really really really off despite using the sizing chart. Some shoes come up massive, some super tiny and you have to pay the postage and then return them to try your luck.
Overall despite the hype and flashy marketing I am not convinced on the customer service and quality of the product. Revivo basically reflects Vivo and if this element of the company is not working well then Vivo MUST take over the running of Revivo and sort out the issues with customer service & picking / packing orders. Their shoes are really really expensive and I expected more to be honest.
And the pro’s … (sort of!):
I will give Revivo 2 stars as I ordered a pair of size 5 geocourts and they fit nicely and are in great condition. However they do look cheaply made :-/
I tried a pair of Primus lite 3’s from Revivo in a size 5 and they came up small so I have reordered a size 6. I must say these seemed very decent quality when they arrived so I hope the size 6 fit ok. If you are going to go for a Vivo shoe I would say pick this model for the best quality.
In conclusion… It’s 50/50 with Revivo, when you have a bad experience it taints the brand Vivo so they need to sort it out. It’s cheaper than Vivo so a good way to try out barefoot shoes but the price is still high so I expected more.
I bought a revivo shoes and they’re in great conditions!
My shoes are now binned as absolutely no help given as you can see by the negative feedback they still cannot acknowledge the mess they make … avoid this company
my shoes were delivered to the wrong address on 20th June. Revivo were happy to take my money yet two weeks later no refund and continual excuses or no reply at all. Most decent companies would look into this promptly and refund. I love vivobarefoot but revivo are really letting them down. I won't be looking at revivo again

I wish I had seen the negative reviews for this company before I ordered. Now I know why they don't show reviews on their website!! Ordered shoes which had to be sent back due to wrong size. They don't exchange products and so you have to send back and re-order and thus pay double postage (£14) for the privilege. Not realising this, I happily paid the postage to send the shoes back. After 3 weeks and no refund I started to phone but you cannot speak to a member of staff.... instead an email is sent to them from the parent company. Eventually I received a refund minus my original postage costs. They refused to refund the original £7 postage costs even though I wanted to reorder another pair of shoes. They were unhelpful and customer service is appalling. Do not deal with this company.
I bought I pair of primus lite III from revivo, apparently in ‘great’ condition. I have had quite a few pairs of vivo’s over the years and I am aware the quality is not great but wanted a change from Vapor glove’s and hoped the newer models would have improved, especially considering the price hikes. But £140 for a pair of primus seems ridiculous so I tried revivo after seeing some positive reviews.
The shoes are filthy, I could spend 5 mins cleaning and old pair of trainers and do a better job. I removed the insole and there was brown dirt, dog hairs etc, I paid £82.00 for them. I couldn’t possibly recommend them, I will need to send them back and likely at my own expense.
Bought the shoes online and they were delivered 2 days later.
The shoes were listed as good, so they had been refurbished. They look new and feel great on my feet.
For half the price of what they cost when boughy new. I think this is a wonderful company who recycle shoes with good intention.

DON’T IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!
This company is shockingly bad. Ordered a pair of primus trail, no email confirmation received, called them after 3 days (paid £7 for 2 day postage) the number goes to Vivo so no trace of my order, they contact Revivo who also have no trace of my order - despite taking £92 from me. Long story short and after dealing with 3 members of staff and two whole weeks of emails and sending proof of payment/identity etc the shoes were “delivered” aka package left on my doorstep all day so elderly neighbour picked them up for me, thank god! The absolute nightmare I had trying to get these lot to track my order and post was shocking.
Shoes are too big anyway as they don’t do half sizes, I’ll go back to Merrell barefoot shoes I think.
This company is badly run I don’t even know if it has anything to do with vivofoot
The shoes came on time but after opening the box they were different sizes on the the return info there’s nothing to tick for that so they want £4.50 postage and then you have to wait fourteen days I think by all the reviews I’ve red this company needs to be investigated for being time wasters and non eco as they claim
Received completely the wrong shoes. Wrong box and everything. Took a week to get someone to message me back after 2 phone calls and an email. They then wanted photographic proof, pushing the resolution even further back. Finally, they came back and said they’d do a full refund and sent return instructions. (Edit to add they’ve only offered to refund the price of the shoes, not the £7 postage I paid!) Not send the correct shoes at all. And the refund would only be processed once they received the shoes. So, I now have the hassle of returning shoes, along with the costs that entails- they are paying postage- and I still don’t have the shoes I want and need. Postage was £7 originally and the shoes were only £10 cheaper than their main site. So I’ll be £60 down for a month because they messed up. Which by the looks of things, isn’t unusual.
I’m scared I won’t even get my refund based on my experience so far.

So, despite the many positive reviews, balanced against the many negative reviews and despite watching the YouTube video review indicating that this company regularly got orders and shoe sizing wrong. I still decided to give them a go. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't! Alas, despite a quick dispatch for delivery they sent me the wrong product. The box label indicated the correct shoes should have been inside, but the contents were a different shoe all together. For this reason, I can not recommend this company. I have used the affiliated company Vivobarefoot, for new shoes and had no problems. The discounted price and apparent eco ethos of the company is not worth running the risk of an incorrect order and the hassles of having to return the item.
I just received my order of a pair of Barefoot Forest Tracker boots from Revivo. Revivo grade the boots and shoes Good, Great, Excellent and Never Worn. I bought a pair graded ‘Great’ and on first inspection they are! So great in fact that if I didn’t know I honestly would have thought they were brand new.
I haven’t tested them out in the wild yet so only time will tell on how well they fit and will hold up but I’m quietly confident.I was concerned about the size as I normally take a 42/43 boot and Vivo/Revivo size charts suggested a 41 which I would never be able to get my foot into in any other make of boot or shoe but so far at least the 41 seems to fit well, short of a few trial runs.
The delivery updates from UK to Ireland were a bit flakey but this was more to do with DPD UK and DPD IE not linking up well so there was no information on delivery until my order arrived in Ireland 6 days later with a slew of messages and DPD delivered them two days earlier than they said they were going to do in the end so a bonus there as they arrived in time for the weekend!
Frustrating lack of initial tracking info on the UK side but not Revivos fault.
I’d only knock half a star off for Revivo not having a direct phone number. The number on their website puts you through to Vivobarefoot. They were as helpful as they could be and passed on messages but can’t access Revivo orders info themselves even though they are sister companies. I’m told that there are plans to integrate systems better in the future so this will be possible.
So 4 and a 1/2 stars! In my experience a great pair of boots and an excellent company.
Had 3 great experiences until 3/8/23 order # GE3613044264GB ordered US 9/Mens 42, received Mens 43. I contacted Revivo Customer Support, received free label to ship back, in the meantime I ordered again # GE3690278768GB 3/26/23, and received the wrong pair again. I was informed on email the SKU # indicated I ordered a 43, but the copy or screenshot of the order they used as a reference clearly indicates I ordered US 9. Shipped back, ordered a 3rd time on 4/4/2023 order #GE3732695898GB took screen shot of the confirmation of US 9 was ordered but the email receipt shows the same SKU # as the US 10/43. I had 3 great experiences with Revivo and 3 great experiences with Vivobarefoot. If I didn't love the product so much I wouldn't have tried 3 times for the same product in the right size.
4/10/2023 - received the 3rd order, same thing happened, received the wrong size AGAIN.

I bought the boots for over £100 and they arrived with a lace loop missing, one lace loop that had been slightly crimped and the sole peeling away at the side on one boot. Emailed in with pictures to customer service, it took over 20 days to get a response which was returning for a refund. Reading reviews of other people's experience sending the boots back for repair and not seeing why I should take time out of my day to make up for revivos lacks of quality control, I asked for a partial refund and they closed my ticket. Very poor customer service all round which lets down a good product. (#398941)

ordered a pair of refurbished shoes they were nice but had a small fault that would have got worse over time. contacted them and was given a return postage form within a day. fantastic sent them back on 10th February, 4 weeks later asked for an update. told they are to be returned later that week. a week later contacted the agent, no answer afew days later tried again. no answer. contacted customer service they got back the same day and told me they received them on the 2nd march. 3 weeks after i sent them. where had they been and why did the agent tell me they were being sent out the previous week. i was told its a 3 week turn around on free repair.
this has been 5 weeks so far. lovely shoes but wore for 2 days been gone 35 days. update repair is coming away again and now the other shoe is separating too

I first used the sizing guide they have on the website for a pair of Jing Jing II and it resulted that I am at least 42, which is strange. I am usually wearing size 40 EU. According to the size chart on Revivo, their size 40 is 25.2 cm long, so It sounded way too small for what I needed (26.5)
Then, I contacted someone from the Vivo barefoot helpdesk. The agent was very friendly and supportive, and her advice was also to order a 42.
So, 42 it was; I ordered (68.07 euros) and paid 11.38 euros for the shipping.
When the shoes arrived, they were 2 sizes bigger than I needed! Huge!
I shipped the shoes back to the UK, which cost me another 8.25 Euros. The customer service explained that "The size guide in the website has been updated. Given that it is quite recent, this does not reflect past models like the Jing Jing II". Really? Then why the updated size chart is used on Revivo, if it is not compatible with past models?
This is how I paid 19.63 Euros in shipping fees (more than 1/4 of the shoe price) and I ended up with no shoes. What I would expect from a company with good customer service was to get advice on choosing the correct sizing for the shoes that I wanted (as it was not my fault that I buy the wrong size, I did my due diligence before ordering and still got misleading information) and to be offered free shipping if I decide to order again instead of getting a refund. Well, no one offered the advice that I needed so they lost me as a customer forever. Actually, I don't think they deserve to have customers outside the UK, with such poor and costly customer service.
