Great opportunity to get refurbished eco-friendly barefoot shoes. I got two pairs in the conditions “good” and “great”, and booth look like new, I really can't find any scratch or repair sign.
For all those who give negative reviews on the shoe shapes and fits: try them first in the shop and don't let your frustration out here in a review. It is not only their fault if your feet do not fit...

Very poor experience. Customer service is joke. Its takes them days to get back to you. I wanted to cancel the order which I decided on the same day as the order (a Sunday). By the time customer services saw fit to respond the item had already been delivered, well a card put in the door and the item left at the collection shop. This is what passes for a delivery service now. Anyway, I collected the parcel then started following the online returns procedure only to find I have to pay £4:10 for the privilege of sending the item that I didn't want and doesn't fit which shouldn't have been sent in the first place if they had half decent customer service.
So, I have to contacted so-called customer services again. I've asked that they just post a return label but life is too short to await for their response in however many days time.
I strongly advise to avoid this company.
About a week ago I ordered a pair of Opanka shoes in white/tan. They arrived yesterday and i am delighted with them. I love Vivobarefoot and i like the idea of reusing and recycling them. Great quality, look new and better than the photos. I will be ordering again in future.
The shoes felt spacious, though slightly rigid. Maybe they would soften overtime. I also did want something a little more rigid than the current barefoot ones I have, so that's OK. Delivery time was good, too.
I bought a size based on what their calculator helped me to determine. However, the size was actually too big. The tightening tag/string was also quite long; it would have to be tucked in to the laces. So that's a little annoying. Returning the shoes also cost me £4.10.
I really wanted these shoes to be the ones. However for the cost, online advice, and design, they weren't. I'm sure others have had better luck.
All the while, they looked in good condition from being refurbished. I think it's a good thing that they are repairing them and reusing decent shoes still.
Bought the Magna Trail from Revivo by Vivobarefoot. It took me 10 minutes to put them on - the opening is super narrow. Taking them off was also a challenge. I ended up returning them with DPD from The Netherlands - paid for courier myself. Shoes are somewhere en route for more than 3 months now. A (part of the) reason might be the documentation that the seller provided?
Contacted the Revivo customer support - nobody responded even out of courtesy.
I would recommend to stay away from these companies, especially if you live on the continent - that is expensive trouble right there.
They were fast with shipping out my item and taking my money but it’s been over 16 days and I still have not received my refund!
The shoes were received by the retailer over two weeks (I received an email) but still no refund. And they never answer their blinking phone and my email to their email address bounced back so it almost seems like they’re trying very hard not to refund customers.
Such a shame because Vivobarefoot’s service is amazing. Very very disappointed with ReVivo, will not use again. The anxiety this has given me is not worth using Revivo again.
I got the boots and they were stiff and did not have any more flex than my regular hiking boots.
The worst part was upon returning it has now been 2.5 weeks and I have still not received a refund. I contacted customer service who can confirm they received my package, but somehow they need 14 business days to actually give my refund.
Never have I ever dealt with any company who didn’t process a refund once the package made it to them. Would never shop here again.
So far I have bought three pairs of refurbished school Vivos for my kids and they arrived in impressive condition. From now on I will be first checking revivo before I buy new. Thanks!
Repairs Service: Made no attempt at refurbishing the shoe upper which is what I paid for. Difficult shipping process. I needed to contact customer care just to get started. The whole refurb process took over 8 weeks to complete, leaving me without shoes all summer.
Now for the clanger: I sent in 2 pairs of shoes and only got 1 back!!! I am still waiting for customer service to resolve this. I would not reccomend this service. You are better off buying a new pair.
I had to return an order because the size of the shoes was too small.
Bearing in mind that I ordered the same size I used for other vivobarefoot.com shoes, one pair which I also bought from Revivo.com, I found it very disappointing.
I wanted to give the company an opportunity to make it up and clarify the issue. I sent Revivo an email requesting they clarify what the correct size for that particular model actually is, explaining I was a returning customer and already own their shoes at that particular size.
I also stated that it is not acceptable that I have to pay delivery (£7) and pay the return (£4) on a pair of shoes that just don't fit; if two pair of shoes are the correct size and this time this particular model isn't, clearly it is Revivo/Vivobarefoot issue not my foot/size. They cannot afford to offer free delivery or free returns on shoes that generally even on clearance are over £90, I certainly cannot afford to pay such amounts.
I asked them to be so kind to get in touch with me and let me know what my best options are; hoping for a goodwill gesture.
This is the answer I received:
"We are not aware of any sizing issues with the shoes you ordered.
Sometimes the fit can be different on other styles than you are used to though unfortunately."
Basically, and you have been warned, it is a guessing game for which you are expected to pay £11 (delivery and return) with no guarantee that going a size up or down would fit.
I find it shameful and their lack of customer service leaves me no choice but to warn you, and Revivo/Vivobarefoot: forget my custom.

Similar experience to some others – chaotic service. I ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived in good time, but the right shoe strangely seemed too tight and uncomfortable. I know my size in Vivobarefoot shoes as I've been measured in one of their shops and have tried several pairs on, and as far as I'm aware I don't have one foot bigger than the other. I persisted with the shoes for a day or so, but eventually decided to send them back. While packing them away, I noticed they had sent me one man's shoe and one woman's shoe, which explained the problem! Requested a return, all OK (apart from the fact that sending them back is obviously a hassle, caused by their error), but then they didn't refund the full amount, keeping the £7 delivery cost. When I queried this they paid it back, too, but overall the whole experience was disappointing and I won't bother trying to order from them again.
This is too much my mobile Vivo x50primum automatic green colour line comes in right side my two friend also purchased mobile for my reference only now all are getting the same issue this is not a considence to same issue getting the all are

I had a pair of old vivobarefoot shoes that had gone from best to "gardening" I sent them to revivo when they were to wrecked evening for gardening. the full works replacement sole etc.
I only wish I'd taken a picture of before.
The returned shoes look nearly like new (yes if you look carefully you can see signs of wear inside the shoes.)

And good luck with ordering from this company, they love to cancel orders, keep your money and blame it on their technical difficulties.
Refunds takes days to get back and even though they seem to have a lot of technical difficulties, YOU as a customer still have to go in and reorder your shoe (and pay again).
Oh omg I forgot to tell you! Sometimes they cancel your order without even sending an email to notify you, so you’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and nothing happens with the order, you think it will arrive soon and then you as a customer must reach out to the company when the company didn’t even send you a package but they took your money, isn’t that seriously disturbing ??
So if you’d like to play shoe roulette and paying twice for the same pair of shoes and youre okay with them maybe not even arriving, you should definitely shop from here! 😍
Always new problems at this company and it has unfortunately lead to my friends group AND my husband banning vivobarefoot and shopping from feelgrounds and groundies instead.
We will have to see about my latest order since I haven’t received an update on it, maybe they cancelled it.. who knows because I’m the one who has to reach out every single time.
Have used Revivo twice, and both times the shoes were amazing, absolutely like new! I love the concept, and it's a great way to buy Vivo shoes at a more affordable price point, with the bonus of keeping shoes out of landfills.
I intend to send my first pair of Vivos to them, super cool that they now offer free shipping of old shoes within Europe too.
Love the idea but the shoes arrived clean on the outside, filthy everywhere else. I had some new laces in package with the old dirty laces still in, but worst of all the inner insert sole was still used, a black dirt outline of a footprint still in there, and a whole pile of sock fluff stuck to the end. Really awful. Sent them pictures and they refunded immediately but awful insight into a complete lack of cleaning before resale.
My Vivo walking boots were in a bad way. Hole in the side, soles are worn down to nothing, some of the lace hooks bent and scratched, and the laces themselves degloved.
I wasn't sure how much Revivo would be able to do to my boots, but they came back looking like a new pair of boots. The hole had been repaired, new laces fitted, some smaller scratches and scuffs gone, new insoles.
I'm delighted with the service and how my boots look.

Just got my much loved vivos back from vivo repair. Beautiful job. New soles, steam clean and lovely new laces. I’m so so pleased. I love these shoes and vivo don’t make them any more. They now have a new life. This is the second time I’ve used the repair service and both times it’s been brilliant- like getting a new pair of shoes - only better because the uppers are soft and worn in already. Thank you so so much. A great concept and a great service
what a fabulous company, from whom i have purchased a few pairs of sandals, shoes and boots. unfortunately i purchased a second hand pair of boots (£85) on Ebay which after one wearing disintegrated on the soles. i contacted Rebecca at revivo who said they could repair them and what a fantastic job they have done. i can certainly recommend this company.
The first time I used them, the shoes were perfect. The second time I used them, the shoes were too big (several people recommended sizing up in the Gobis saying they ran small but that was not the case for me) and I had to return them. It took about 14 days to get my refund (which was a little annoying) and I had to pay to ship them, but overall, still a good experience.
