In 2022 I used revita lash continuously (the blue lid bottle) my lashes were amazing, so long and thick.
I then repurchased but came a silver lid and was not so good. My lashes started falling out and not getting any longer or thicker. UK lash is much cheaper and works better for me.

Doesn’t work any more. Also my present tube appeared to be ‘drier’ than usual. So, I rang customer services who stated as it was bought more than 14 days ago they will not refund or replace the item. I will look for another brand. I have been using this brand for 4 years with previous good/excellent results.

This was once an amazing product, my lashes looked fake. Unfortunately, Revitalash must have changed the ingredients because this is my second tube and I still have no lashes! Ridiculous price too for such a failed product

I bought my first tube in Sept 22. After continuous use for 6-8 weeks my lashes were much longer and thicker. Used it until tube nearly empty which was around 6 months so good value, however I then ordered a 2nd tube, both from Revitalash UK website, and the lid was not on properly, and the wand came out much drier than my first tube. Hardly felt like any product was on the brush. I emailed in to them have to send photos of wand (not sure how they expected to see it was dry) I was then told to send it back and was given a label to print out for returns. First of all I don’t have a printer, and then I was also just out of hospital after spinal surgery so not best placed to be hopping off down to the post office. I have also put filled out a similar review on their website which has never been published so they must just post the good reviews. Will not buy this again which is a shame as my first tube was great.

I have used for 5 years and even encouraged my hair salon to stock it! Unfortunately the last two I bought have not given the results I’m used to, maybe the serum has been changed. I am now seeking new serums!

I have used revitalash for a long time and always had great results.. but this last purchase did not deliver.
My friends also had this issue with rid purchases..
I have decided to explore other serums now. And cheaper

After looking into a few different serums from different companies, I decided to go with revitalash (helped that they were uk based)
Received the eyelash serum very quickly. Used it for about 3months consistently and did not work. It made around my eyes very dark as well. The darkening around eyes is a common comment i had seen on other serum reviews but did not see it mentioned on revitalash reviews. Really disappointed as it is a pricey product and im worried to try another product now due to the reaction and the fact that this didnt work; as well as the fact most serums are expensive

I would have preferred to give NO stars at all. It is quite obvious from other comments that this company charges a lot of money for a product which really has NO guarantees and it would appear is just NOT interested in having customers once they have managed to somehow "mislead" them and take their money......should be avoided at all costs as they just do not care and do not respond to ANY comments

THIS REVIEW IS FROM ELLEN PITT AND NOT JOHN PITT......I had great success with Revitalash "Revitabrow Advanced" purchased direct from Revitalash (N21J06), However, purchased next one from Amazon (N22A07) and the outcome is totally different, i.e. NO improvement at all and in fact convinced it is undoing the improvement from the first wand!! Most strange and wonder if anyone else has had such an experience. Perhaps different batches have different results so one is dealing with a "lottery experience" so to speak? All very disappointing especially as Revitalash products are meant to be "top drawer" and certainly are expensive. Soooo disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service. Wouldnt honour a promotional code and said that I as the customer had done it wrong. Even if I had (which I hadnt!) they should have honoured tomake things right. Very disappointed

Customer services is TERRIBLE.
Although I love the serum and used it for over a year now. The latest serum I bought, the applicator had a sharp edge that scratched and hurt my eyes.
Contacted them and got very rude responses back saying I was applying it wrong even tho I had never had this problem before with any other serum from them.
Anything sharp or painful near your eyes is a danger and faulty. No apology or ownership of this problem. It was all my fault. Will never buy or recommend them again.

I’ve used this product on my brows for exactly two months. Nothing. Not a thing. I had a patch of brow come off due to a bad dye job, nothing. Very disappointed and not something I would recommend I’m afraid. Gutted

I've heard the product does work, but sadly I haven't seen any results at all. I've been taking weekly photos to compare and have seen no change. I guess these things are never 100% guaranteed, just wish I'd been one of the lucky few.

I’ve used this product for a number of years and it really does work, but you have to keep using it or lashes will revert to how they were.

The precision, fine brush makes application easy and helps prevent the product for entering the eyes. My lashes tend to grow longer, rather than thicker with Revitalash.

I’ve tried other eyelash growth products, but this is the only one that has actually worked. I would recommend.

I used the blue topped Revitalash with the most amazing results for 3 months. Thicker, longer lashes that would receive loads of compliments which spurred me on to my next purchase which is the new silver topped product.

It seems the formulation has changed as it’s consistency is gel like and not a loose fluid. My eyelashes has been sparse and breaking off ever since and I’ve had to stop using Revitalash which is such a shame.

I contacted Revitalash directly to ask them to check the batch number as it just wasn’t working like it did previously and they are very dismissive and offered no help at all. Very poor customer service and I’ll be looking at other brands from now on. Not what you would expect from a company that charge so much for one product.

It works. My eyelashes are definitely thicker both on the top and bottom. I’ve also started using it every other day and my eyelashes have stayed thicker – not as thick as I’d like but better than before. But quite expensive.

my eyelashes were falling out in clumps due to over use of curlers ( and ageing) i tried loads of growth serums but hopeless.
so, one of my clients recommended revitalash…. she hadn’t tried it, but know someone who had.
i was a bit put off by the price.. however, i was desperate so ordered and thought, what’s the worst that could happen..
well…! this stuff really works!!
i’ve never had lashes like it!!
took about 3/4 weeks to notice something was happening, then, holy moly!! my lashes were growing like weeds!!
my beautician even commented on how long and dark my lashes looked.
This stuff really works ( not overnight) but be patient and reap the rewards!
i’ll defo buy more.

Just starting the products so this comment isnt about the quality ..My order arrived empty , new packaging everything had fallen out . Response was excellent new products arrived the next working day . No problem just apology they would send replacement while they investigate. Now to try out their hair products .(can’t see any reviews for the shampoo / cond or foam will update in a months time

I recently ordered some Revitalash from a company called Skinbrands. This is who you reach when you enter Revitalash UK. It never arrived, I telephoned and reported the non-delivery, The woman said she would check what happened. She never returned my phone calls or e mails .She also refused to refund the money. Eventually she found out that DPD had lost the item. She still refused to refund my money after 3 weeks. After nearly a month I contacted Revitalash in America and explained the problem, the biggest being their representative in the UK. America responded immediately After 48 hours and a few e mails I received an e mail from the woman in the UK telling me my money had been refunded. What a terrible representation of an American product this woman is. Amazon sell Revitalash Leave Revitsalash UK alone. Absolutely zero customer service.

Amazing, after religiously applying every night for 2 months from having no lashes after falsies were removed to extremely long lashes.
