It used to work but it doesn’t now. I started using this product years ago and yes, it definitely made a difference to my eyelashes back then and yes, people did comment on how long they were. However, I can honestly say this product has no effect on my lashes at all now and I have just ordered another product recommended in a woman’s magazine.
I really wouldn’t spend that kind of money. You can’t be guaranteed it will make any difference and you’ll only be disappointed.

As a first time customer - I’m extremely disappointed in RevitaLash’s handling of a serious issue with my recent order.

DHL falsely claimed that I changed my delivery address and time via a link sent to my phone. However, at the time they allege this happened, my phone was off and charging - it would have been impossible for me to make such changes. No email or notification was sent about the change, and I only discovered it after calling DHL’s premium rate number.

Worse still, DHL then claimed a delivery attempt was made and a card left - yet I have a video doorbell confirming no delivery attempt took place, and no card was received.

I raised this with RevitaLash, clearly explaining that I was concerned about a potential GDPR breach, impersonation, and delivery fraud (DHL said the responsibility didn’t lie with them and I had to raise it with the vendor) - Instead of addressing these serious concerns, they simply repeated DHL’s false claims back to me, ignored the context of my original email, and offered no real resolution, support, or investigation. No accountability, no reassurance, no clarity on where my order is, not even compensation offered.

This is an appalling customer experience - I expected much better. Even if the buck did lie with DHL at least acknowledge my request to raise a formal complaint and investigation. I've had to request a formal investigation a second time and will escalate this to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) due to the potential misuse of my personal data.

RevitaLash: take this seriously. A copy-paste reply from DHL is not customer service.

I was really looking forward to the results of advanced lash serum after the raving reviews! I've used many cheaper serums with hardly any results and with the high price tag and good reviews I was expecting to see a difference. I have been using the serum for five months consistently and followed the instructions to a T, unfortunately this hasn't made any difference to my eyelashes. I've been ripped off. £120 is a lot of money. I've seen better results from using cheaper serums with a little bit of length at least however with this serum haven't seen any results whatsoever. I've noticed it's caused darkening of my eyelids. Extremely disappointed!

I bought the revitalash eyelash serum on recommendation.
Applied every day for 8 weeks according to the instructions.
Result: no longer eyelashes, red edges on eyelids

The product is expensive, contains hormones, is a rip-off in my opinion and is useless.

My lashes are noticeably longer, fuller, and healthier since I started using it. No more need for extensions—this serum actually works!

I’ve been using this expensive product for 3 months now, absolutely useless, definitely doesn’t work.

Brought a revitalash from Selfridges and sold it on eBay, the person on eBay thought the product was fake because revitalash put a qr code on their outer packaging with information on the product that opens to an Amazon link, I emailed revitalash to confirm or deny that their packaging has this qr code (to reassure the buyer) and they REFUSED to comment on anything to do with their packaging, even after I personally purchased it from a authorised retailer. In one email actually saying ‘ I am participating in an unauthorised resell of the revitalash product’.. I don’t have to get permission from them to sell their product? From the sheer lack of customer service and downright rudeness of revitalash and unwillingness to help I will NEVER buy their product again. Absolute scam for £99..

I always get compliments for my Daysi natural eyelashes.
I had a delivery issue with DHL and Abi, from costumer service. sorted this problem in no time to my total satisfaction.

First noticed my friends long lashes..she told me had been using Revitalash Serum. I purchased the Sensitive Serum for lashes & Brow Serum. Yes very expensive, but amazing results. My lashes are full & long, & my sparse eyebrows are at least double their thickness. So impressed have just bought a repeat order of both, & the thickening shampoo & conditioner. Hoping will work as good on my thinning hair line post menopause.

Do not buy products from revitalash. They are not a reputable company. They do not stick to their refund policy’s. I dealt with somebody called Abi who refused to give me a refund claiming that the package had been opened when it clearly hadn’t been. It would’ve had the seal and everything etc… Any excuse! I had to pay for the return of the package which I wasn’t happy about too. So these people are thieves!!! More importantly, the reason why I returned the RevitaLash defining eye liner in the first place is because it rated poorly on the App ‘Yuka’ using the barcode which stated some of the unhealthy ingredients used in the product. This was a surprise considering their product story; wife recovering from breast cancer etc… so you’d expect their ingredients to be healthy. My concern was the use of cyclopentasiloxane which effects fertility.

Makes your eyelashes grow long but also darkens lash line and under eyes. My newest biggest insecurity🥲. Always get compliments on my eyelashes but also get lots of comments on my black eyes. It’s a win lose.

I bought a first tube of Revitalash serum from their official website and had amazing results. Therefore prompted by an email from them to purchase another tube some time later with an offer of two mini sizes included, I purchased again. The second lot of serum have not worked at all. I contacted Revitalash to complain. We had an exchange of many emails. Firstly advising I wasn’t using it correctly, which I was, the original results from the first tube proved this, then that I hadn’t purchased through them but through another company I had never heard of and I should complain to them. I had deliberately purchased directly through the official Revitalash site so that I avoided any chance of a fake product. I checked this company out and it had ceased trading, which Revitalash would have been aware of. Then I was told to complain to another company again, I’d also not heard of. I’d asked for Revitalash to refund my money as it appeared that I had been sold a faulty or fake product. It is an extremely expensive product £99 for the first tube and £77 for the second which was an offer. They told me I was not their customer and I had not paid them, I had and gave them the proof. They now refuse to communicate with me. I’m not sure what has happened to this company but it appears they are taking money for a product which is no longer fit for purpose and not as described. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I had to contact RevitaLashUK as I reacted to the their product which I purchased from Debenhams. Debenhams advised I contact them as I did not have photographic evidence of the reaction and I did not want to use the product again for the allergy to start again. To my horror I found out that even if I proved to them that I reacted to their product they would not refund me as I purchased the item from Debenhams. Shame on RevitaLashUK, I feel for others who have an adverse effect to their products. If you have sensitive skin please do NOT purchase their products as the same may happen to you!

i used revitbrow and noticed a big difference quite quickly, really pleased
however i used revitalsh and noticed no difference whatsoever

I used to LOVE this product several years ago. My lashes were really damaged after having extensions and the old Revitalash worked wonders. My lashes were so thick and long, which I've never had before. Around 6 months ago I purchased it again. The tube is silver now, so I thought they must have changed the packaging. They have definitely changed the formula too as it doesn't work anymore. Shame because this was genuinely a miracle product in 2020-21

Dreadful company. Spent £100 on Revitalash Brow Serum. Developed arthritis style pain in my fingers. They told me to stop using the product but refused to give a refund as they don’t accept returns on opened products! Told them I would leave them a bad review and they tried to buy me off with another product. The worst customer experience. Buyers beware! My fingers have now recovered. Only used the product for a few days. Shocking!

The tube seemed very dry but I managed to get something out and on my lashes

My eyes became red and swollen which has never happened with any other cosmetic brand
I tried to speak to the Uk distributor who informed me the tube I had purchased must be a fake as Amazon was not recognised
I have received a refund from Amazon but my real concern is that there are either fake products out there or my item was old / faulty ..??

I have to be honest, my experience is completely different from latest reviews. I used Revitalash several years ago with great results, but just got lazy and didn’t like paying the cost, so gave up. I personally had no issue with red, wrinkled eyelids with its use, although I have read reports from others about this issue.

I had my eyelashes lifted in July to give them a bit of oomph but was a big mistake. One eye didn’t take so well and I ended up with lashes all bent at right angles and damaged at the ends. I ordered a tube of Revitalash and received it with 48 hours. I thought I’d wait 6 weeks after the purchase to give it time to work and in order to give it an honest, impartial review.

I’ve been using it every night since mid July and because I had one ‘good’ set of lashes and one set of disastrous ones, I’ve been able to compare the results. Both sets are increasing in length and the bent lashes are acquiring a much more flattering and attractive curl at long last. Already, when wearing sunglasses, I can feel my lashes brushing against the lenses! I’m very pleased with what I’m seeing so far and will continue to use the product based on my current positive experience.

Yes I would say my eyelashes definitely improved however it was at a huge cost. My eyelids are now discoloured, thinner and very red. The skin on them have thinned and they have prematurely aged.
I am very upset about it. There is a warning but it is ridiculously small writing. Please do not use this product. It’s damaging your eyelids.
