I recently bought a BMW from Reverie Autos and had a really great experience. I was looked after by Ahmed, who was extremely patient and helpful, especially as I was quite indecisive at first. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The car was delivered without any hassle and arrived in excellent condition. It had been fully inspected and professionally cleaned, it honestly looked brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Reverie Autos again and would highly recommend them to friends and family looking for their next car.

I want to start of by saying the service provided was excellent. Mohammed in from the sales department made the hand over experience amazing with showing me all the features of the car. Mehdi was also great throughout and made the sale very easy and efficient.

Very happy with my Porsche and will be coming back in the future to buy my next cars.

Mohammed was great, gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable in switching to an electric car and ensured the vehicle had a fresh MOT and service so I could drive away confident that the car would perform well with no expenses due within a few months. Very positive and clear attitude during the sale and making sure the vehicle was processed at earlier date to suit myself as picking up from 2 hours away.

From calling on the saturday to fund and deliver to me the dream car I had found, it got delivered the following Friday!

From sorting up finance, to dealing with the car owner, the whole experience was phenomenal.

I’ve just bought a BMW 1 Series from REVERIE Autos and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. I originally reserved a different car, but during their inspection they found two major issues and immediately told me they wouldn’t feel right selling it. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days, and it gave me full confidence that I was dealing with a trustworthy dealership.

I then chose a BMW 1 Series which I absolutely love, and without me even asking, they carried out a full service on it the day before delivery. The communication throughout has been brilliant — friendly, clear, and always keeping me updated.

The car was delivered to my apartment yesterday, and although there was a minor issue with the V5C (it was an older logbook so I couldn’t tax the car), they sorted it straight away with no hassle at all. Again, excellent customer service.

Overall, REVERIE Autos has been fantastic: honest, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused. I’m really happy with my new car and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer.

I dealt with sadiq from the company from start to finish he made my experience so smooth explaining to me everything i needed to know about finance application to purchasing the vehicle I wanted ive brought car in past where the experience wasnt great but for sure found the best person to help me in future. If your coming to buy a car definitely ask for sadiq he went above and beyond for me.

Great service on the day from Sadeq. He really went the extra mile, even measuring the ground clearance and comparing it to my existing car.
No pressure sales, and they give you all the time you need with the car alone. I mistakenly thought there was an issue with the car, and he offered to move the world to resolve it.

He was super patient with me throughout the process (I had to move money between my banks to pay).

Cons: When the car was delivered there was a new scratch on it. They said they’d send me a touch up pen straight out with it, and I still haven’t received it.

Same with the V5 owners certificate, they forgot to send it out with the car (Sadeq kindly photographed it for me so I could tax the vehicle) Two weeks on, and I’ve yet to receive that either…

I dealt mainly with Mehdi, fantastic guy to work with. Kept me informed constantly and left no stones unturned with my requirements and leading up to securing the vehicle. From a sales guy, he has built a fantastic rapport and hit all the markers to ensure his client is satisfied with the result. He wasn’t trying to sell but to ensure my needs are put first

Shoutout to Hamid as well for progressing the deal, he has also been pivotal in ensuring I secured the vehicle!

Great experience from start to finish.
Nothing was too much for them and they kept the car a bit longer for me after i put a deposit down as there was a delay in my car being picked up.
Was kept updated every step of the way and the car was delivered on time by a lovely gentleman called Alex who went over the car with me and explained the basics.

Yusuf was helpful from start to finish. He was able to answer all our questions fully, and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. There was never any pressure. The team then worked on all the minor requirements we asked to get the vehicle ready for us to collect. Very good service.
