I originally spoke with a couple other companies that were pushing very cheap “rapid” cost segregation reports. At first it sounded appealing, but those reports weren’t signed by an engineer and didn’t use a true component-based method. It felt like they were just trying to sell a quick report.

We have a property in California where we added both an ADU and a Jr. ADU, so it was important to me that the study was thorough. All the other companies felt like salespeople trying to get me to sign up where instead here it felt they relied on the platform to show me the savings.
