I would give 7 stars if I could. These guys are brilliant. Andre and his team are obsessive about detail so the quality of the workmanship is superb. I only wish my car looked this good when it was new. The customer communication the best I’ve ever had in the car industry. Very responsive to questions and sent me video updates as the work was progressing. These guys could teach BMW a thing or two about service. Don’t bother looking elsewhere just get it booked in.

I gave Andre and Retroform every chance to put these issues right. Ultimately they are dishonest, made me ill and cost me thousands of pounds.

From the start things seemed ok, we had a chat and agreed on what would be done and the price, which was fair. I had my car wrapped, wheels refurbed and calipers.

I made sure we talked about why I was wrapping it. It had some rust spots on the wings. Door had chips from previous owner banging door. Wheels were scraped. Headlights tainted. Plastic bits were delaminated on the C Pillars. Everything bad for wrapping were promised to be treated or flatted back.

Things went bad from the beginning. I waited 3 weeks to get the car back with little or no explanation. I thought I would get the car back almost perfect for the wait so I wasn't concerned, even though I had to borrow a car from work for much longer than I told them (Andre said a week). Luckily work didn't need the car this time. More on that later.

I get the car back and gradually I notice so many issues that its a serious problem. The guys dropping off left hastily and I mean like comedy fast. I know why now.
I get the car back and day one I noticed they had wrapped over all the existing rust and chips. Andre lied telling me they had sanded the areas when its obvious they had not. There were lumps under the wrap, a complete mess and embarrassing work.
Both skirts were so badly fitted the wrap was scraping off against the doors. The delaminated pillars were wrapped over without being flatted and looked worse than before. They did not do anything with the headlights claiming they might damage the headlights if they sanded back. This is a lie because even I can sand and polish back a headlight. The rear spoiler was hanging off so they must have used cheap sticky pads. 3M ones are only a few quid so no excuse for this shoddy work and it is possible my spoiler could have flown off without me even realising, lost forever down some country lane.

Wires were hanging out the bottom of my door card. My central locking stopped working which could be a coincidence but doubtful. Window tints fell off after a couple of days. Car rattles when the slightest bit of bass on music played, very annoying.

I washed the car after a couple of weeks to let the wrap take properly and loads of water gets in the doors and seals because they were fitted so badly. Probably what caused my central locking to fail. Large bubbles on the door shuts immediately after drop off (no quality control). Both bumpers out of line, not by much but enough on top of all the other shoddy work to bother me.

They treated me like an idiot thinking I knew nothing about cars, when I actually know quite a lot.
We had a chat and Andre assured me they wanted the car back to do a quality check and any problems would be rectified and I should not worry.

I waited a coupe of months before they had a free slot to get me in. By this time my car was falling apart. every morning I have push my side skirt back in as it was hanging out. I was still worried about the rear spoiler coming off. I could not lock the car with my remote, had to do it by hand every time. And of course the rust and bumps which by now had worsened making the wrap pretty much useless and scruffy. Andre claims this can happen and he warned me about it. Ok I agree, rust can come back and quite quickly, but not in between him finishing the job and delivery to me, that's magic rust. And i know they did nothing because they wrapped over my door where the chips were, that's not rust. Neither is the delaminated C Pillar covers. Just so lazy.

Eventually they took the car. I promised work I would only borrow the car again a few days.
THREE WEEKS LATER I had to message Andre to ask what was going on. The list of problems I gave them on WhatsApp hadn't even been read. I was getting so stressed out by this time I was taking medication. But Andre came out with some more lies about why they had done nothing with my car in all this time. I got some rubbish about team work and how we can work together to sort the issues....bizarre. After pushing him to sort it out, he claimed I was only after money and I don't like the colour and other rubbish. I actually love the colour and they did an amazing job with the wrap. See this is the issue, they CAN wrap and did a great job.....of the wrap part. They just cant put a car back together and are amateur at best.
By now work had to rent a car to cover the one I had a month.
Yesterday i get the car back, filthy. Spoiler still hanging off, most panels out of line, still rattling. Almost worse than before. Now I get no response from Andre typically. I had to buy new parts, cover rental costs and now pay a good body shop to refit all my factory body kit.
They do not care about your car and are awful at body work. My car has lost a ton of value. They are cowboys and should be avoided. I could write a LOT more but have run out of space.

If this company spent half as much time getting back to potential customers as they do in trying to get a poor review removed, it would serve them well!!

I've had absolutely fantastic experience with the folks they did amazing job on my Tesla, I will always come here for my other cars got wrap and ceramic coating. Work is faultless and customer service is best.
