Seriously disappointed!
Seriously disappointed. On line access was amazing, resume outstanding, excellent format. I called to cancel the membership and, alas, no one could find my account. However, they had no problem charging the monthly charge even when I called to cancel before it went into effect ($1 trial) SURE!!!

Don't advertise that it is free when…
Don't advertise that it is free when you ultimately have to purchase a package in order to print it. Also, the templates for cover letter do not allow for adequate changes. Ultimately I had to use Word to create my own cover as your site does not allow deletions of the template.
