This is NOT a professional resume writing service. They do not have the knowledge or skills to write a PROPER resume. They took my existing resume, and simply put it in a "pretty" template. I ended up with a document that was far worse than what I had made myself. Absolute waste of money. This is nothing short of a SCAM.

The overall process is very substandard to other CV writing services. Writers usually ignore 50% of the requests you send them, they mess up spacing in your resume, place made-up years/dates, in process of revisions the stuff that was already fixed went wrong again - for example, they removed my photo from my resume by accident, I asked them to put it back, they did and the spacing of the whole left side of interview was messed up (text overlapping etc). This whole process went over period of 3 weeks.

I am giving them 1 star for consistent efforts to fix their mistakes and not give up on the process, however, everything else was very disappointing.
