My experience with Restoration Online has been excellent. The quality of the products they offer is superb. Their site is very easy to navigate and great to look at. Most importantly, I have found the customer service from Restoration Online to be of the highest quality. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable about their products, friendly, responsive and very professional. I have just completed a full house renovation and bought many items from Restoration Online including cabinet knobs and handles, door knobs and more. I highly recommend this online store and will happily shop with them in the future.

Very impressive customer service. I had ordered an unusual combination of products, and received an email before they were shipped to check the details were correct.
The products arrived on time and were as pictured. Packaging was recyclable/compostable as well.

Restoration online are responsible for probably 3/4 of my house. They are very quick to ship and always call beforehand to make sure youre getting exactly what you want. Their employees know what they are talking about so if you buy one thing and they know you need something to go with it for it to function they will make sure you get it. Great service and often have sales too which makes me even happier doing business with them

I love Restoration Online. They are great at following up queries with a phone call and follow up with emails with any product delays. They have a huge range with reasonable prices. From placing the order to the fragile product being safely delivered within a few short days, I would say the Service was exemplary.

I ordered some door knobs and cup handles for a project at home, and what was in stock was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. Some of the items were on backorder from the supplier and Restoration Online kept me updated regularly with ETA and changes in ETA, and gave me the options at all stages to change what I had ordered if I had changed my mind. Would highly recommend.

Service was awesome. Long delays in delivery due to covid but received an email every Friday updating on expected delivery date.

The team at Restoration Online provided excellent service. The delivery was very quick and they were super helpful when unfortunately the lights were delivered broken. They were able to source new lights for me from Melbourne and had someone hand deliver them within a few days. Would definitely shop there again.

Recently ordered some door handles with Restoration Online. Very prompt communication and apology from Missy that they would not be available until next year, with options to put on back order, purchase something else or refund. I opted for a refund due to time constraints, which was done and back in my account within a day or two. Excellent communication and would certainly deal with again.

I purchased some drawer pulls that were out of stock. The team kept me up to date with regular updates about the delivery date of their shipment and the were a pleasure to deal with. The items were delivered exactly when they said they would be and are just what I was looking for. Will buy from them again!

Really happy with the customer service I experienced with Restoration online - particularly from Missy. I have no idea about locks and purchased the incorrect one; ordered another one and received a call from Missy to confirm the details. I had an interesting requirement and Missy was incredibly helpful and ran through several options with me. Had she not done this, I probably would have ended up with the wrong lock again.
Dispatch is quick. Returns are easy if you are like me and purchase without knowing what you are buying !

Restoration Online was really easy to deal with. They replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated regularly on some items on back order. Even changing my order was no problem. On the phone the staff are friendly and helpful and my order was sent quickly and well packaged.
