Pilates Taster Week
I have never done Pilates before and this was a perfect taster week. Liron was excellent at explaining the concepts and so giving of her personal time and knowledge to each individual. I exercise regularly but didn't think I would find pilates so challenging and worked muscles I never knew I had. You wont be disappointed... give it a go!

I love this course so much! I cannot believe it has only been 5 days! Having spent the last 3 months following a pretty intensive PT led exercise programme my body was so ready for something different. Liron has helped me to feel stronger and more aware of my posture during exercise, how to engage different muscle groups and her response to individual questions is fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.
Amazing taster Pilates week....
I have just finished the Pilates taster week with Liron. I’ve never done Pilates before and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The knowledge Liron holds is incredible. She explains everything before a workout which is so helpful. I would recommend ReStart to anyone whether you are a total beginner or a regular at pilates. Thank you Liron for a great week.
Coming alive again after months of sedentary online teaching.
During lock down I taught my primary class from a sitting position in front of an iPad all day long, for almost 4 months. My body became stiff, weak and lazy from inactivity. I am 56, but moved and felt more like I was 86! The taster week was a great opportunity to kick start my body back into using my muscles correctly, not only whilst following Liron’s excellent demonstrations and guidance, but also throughout the day.
Pilates with Liron is amazing!
I am really enjoying the taster week and Liron explains all about our body muscles and the movements so well. For someone who does not like going to the gym but wants to get fitter and stronger this online course is perfect for me. I feel better in myself already after just one week and I will definitely be continuing onto Lirons next course.

Pilates taster
I really enjoyed learning the correct techniques with tutorials and movement sessions each day. Liron explained everything very well. It was useful to play videos more than once to absorb the information (not possible if you miss something vital in a bigger class!)
Knowledgable, passionate instruction
Liron has an obvious passion and commitment and believes and practises what she teaches. The tutorials alone will change the way you move and give you more thought to your very important breathing techniques. You do have to put it into practise though (!) and the movement videos are delivered with exceptional attention to detail and precision instruction that stays in your head. Good realisticly timed intense movement videos and immediately feel the benefit.

Taster week
Has improved my backache during taster week. I feel stronger, more energised and my posture has improved. The step by step instructions are clear and help me remember to breath and look at how I am holding my body. Would highly recommend.

I came across the Pilates restart on…
I came across the Pilates restart on Facebook, I've been doing Pilates for a number of years but it's amazing how easily form can slip. This is a great taster programme, very well explained, lots of great tips and pointers. I'm noticing a difference in posture and workouts already from simple adjustment to ensure correct form. Highly recommend:-)
Liron... A lot of knowledge!!!
Liron, is a very goed teacher, with a lot (a lot) of knowledge - she knows exactly what she do. She can explain the exercise very clear that is very easy to understand how you have to work, which muscle or moviment.
I am very glad to be able to follow her lessons this week.

Great instruction! I am a new Pilates instructor and got very valuable tips.
During this quarantine time I was really glad to find a great program with a very competent instructor! I just finished my own Pilates instructor program despite all the down time. This has helped me stay motivated and keep up with my own practice. Highly recommend her program.
Love the "tutorials!"
The tutorials that Liron gives before the workout are extremely helpful. I usually just dive into a workout but knowing how our muscles work and how they are integrated really helps me work out more effectively. She is so easy to understand.
I was not sure about starting proper…
I was not sure about starting proper exercising again but Liron is wonderful. Her instructions are clear, she takes great care to explain how to do the moves properly, showing when you might be doing them wrong. There are flashes of humour, and the exercises are fun to do. Thoroughly recommend what ever stage of fitness you are at (rock bottom for me!)and you might surprise your self-I have even signed up for a year to try the other courses. Looking forward to it!!

I am reviewing the Pilates taster week. I loved the tutorials prior to the workout sessions. They helped to focus on form for me and I got a lot more from the workout I think. As a beginner, the workouts were just the right length and intensity. Plus there was modifications if I needed them.
