There was problem with toilet flush - Richard quickly find a cause and fix it in no time, even he have a spare part with him. He was very nice and professional with his approach. I can easily recommend Response Plumbing.

My very elderly dad's shower was running too hot and he was too afraid to use it. I called Response Plumbing and spoke to Rich and we agreed dad should have a BEAB certified shower which could not go above 41⁰. Rich ordered the shower and within a few days had fitted it. I was worried that I could not be present but Rich filmed the finished shower and his interaction with my dad and sent it to me whilst he was there. He was so kind and polite and dad was really pleased with his new shower, and is now able to use it without worrying.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to absolutely anyone. Went above and beyond to get our shower fixed quickly after slow moving real estate had no issues leaving us without a working one over the weekend! Fantastic service, super friendly and got the job done quickly!

Quick response from the company. The plummer who came was very nice and polite, and he clearly knew what his doing. The job was very quick, but he was making sure and double-checking if the problem had been solved.

The plumber arrived on time and was really accommodating that I was a few minutes late due to a previous appointment. He arrived with a new tap in case the old one needed replacing and sure enough the old tap had worn away. Completed the job so fast and was very polite and pleasant. Would recommend

Richard arrived bang on time. Replaced the tap in under half an hour and advised on replacing one tap valve , which he did after my agreement.

Great job sorting out the new bathroom/toilet taps, done quickly and responsive when finding alternative taps. We had some complications with the mains and he was able to work around that safely no problem.

Called the company at 4pm after receiving a recommendation and Richard from Response Plumbing has already fixed my hot water! He diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and then fixed my hot water all within 1hour and 30 mins! What a fabulous speedy response! I would definitely recommend this company again. Thank you ☺️
