I received the ordered replacement filters, but they had been simply placed in a thin plastic bag, so the boxes holding the filters were damaged & dented in, indicating that they were vulnerable to rough handling or being placed under other heavier packages. Next time, please ship filters in a box, not a thin bag.

I now have purchased 2 of these devices. Not because one broke - but so I could have one charging when using the other. I have severe allergies - and year round (Trees, Grass, Weeds ets). I am not kidding - if you are chronically stuffed up like I am- this is a life saver.

I am an allergist and purchased it to show my patients, many who have allergies and environmental sensitivities. They are also worried about traveling and viral particles. The product arrived in 5 days from Europe. It is light and not too noisy. The filtered air is not too strong but creates a purified airflow (think upside down waterfall) to inhale. It is light weight and it also seems to help improve posture.

I have seasonal allergies to some specific grass and tree flowering (luckily not Ambrosia), and when I moved to a city with a much hotter climate, the allergenic load greatly increased, especially in April and May. I bought the 2 product deal, was quite happy with one as it fit me but the strap was too short to fit my dad for whom I bought it. Also it's battery life is quite short so it dies when I'm on flights. Otherwise it's quite a decent product, not too loud and works okay. There should be strap length customisation options cause it barely fit me as well.

I really like this for being able to enter into airspace that is laden with chemical off gassing from people's laundry fragrance and personal care products. I have systemic mastocytosis and sometime need to use epi pens when exposed to fragrance. This allows me to spend more time in a public setting.

I wear the Respiray on public transport and planes and it gives me assurance that I'm protecting myself as much as possible from viruses and infections. People on traisn and busses and tubes in London are so careless and thoughtless. the vehicles are so crushed full of people who cough, splutter, drool, spit and breathe up close and in your face! I can't imagine travelling without Respiray in the future.

Effortless

I am completely in love with the concept but not satisfied with the result. I don't feel it does much when it is on low but I can feel the difference when it is on high - the problem is that the high level makes too much noise. I can't hear and it is annoying and distracting to myself and to others around me. The unit does not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours probably because it does not work for me on low so I have to keep it on high. It doesn't even last enough for a full flight when I am traveling (the charging cord doesn't reach unless I am leaning forward) or a full meeting when I am work. Fix those two things, give it a universal plug end and I will give you five stars.

My daughter is in high school and suffers from dysautonomia caused by a COVID infection in 2022.
