Not good - Unclear advice resulting in purchase of unfit product which company will not refund
I bought a reusable respirator to block troublesome fragranced cleaning products that I have to use as part of my work as historic house keeper. This was an expensive respirator and I called first to explain my needs and to ask about fit, as I am a petite female and most average items are too big for me. I was informed that the mask does fit everyone as far as they know. Once I used the respirator I could tell it is hopeless for someone my size. Air leaks around the respirator because the fit is completely wrong for a small face. The mask sits on my cheekbones where it should sit on around the nose and sinus area. It cuts painfully into my cheeks leaving deep marks for 24 hours, and because it is sitting proud of where it should do, air leaks around it and the fragrances of the cleaning products I have to use leak in just the same and give me headaches. The nose to chin ratio is much too long for me and likewise the mask sits all wrong and air leaks in. I have tried stuffing wadding in around the mask but although it is less painful to wear the air leaks in and the whole point of blocking fragranced products is lost. I feel that, as I took the trouble to discuss my needs, I have been poorly informed and wasted a lot of money. I am only on minimum wage and this spend represented a large-ish cost to me. If you are petite like me do not buy this respirator. Update: Sadly now I can see that the slightly aggressive and rather unhelpful response below reveals the company are claiming they told me to buy a small size mask but this this is not how I recall the conversation and I did put the mask in the basket whilst I was on the advisory phone call, which I believe to be the one I was advised to get. Shame really, I can't now afford to buy another one and this one will go in the bin.

We have a whole range of resuable masks for different protection depending on the requirements of any job. The advice given to you was correct however you did not purchase the mask that was suggested to you.
The mask that you chose to purchase, was the 3m 4255 mask. Whilst providing the correct protection for your work it was not the mask that we suggested you purchase. This is a medium-size mask and whilst it can be adjusted accordingly to fit different face shapes it is medium in size and not small.
The mask that we suggested was the 3m 6000 mask in small size with either the 2138 filters or the 6038 filters both the correct protection for your requirements. If this had been purchased as suggested, you would have had a greater chance of a good fit as this is small-sized and not the medium sized mask you actually chose to purchase.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. One comment, the delivery SMS messages were from ProtectiveM = with all the phishing fake delivery SMS going around I didn't feel comfortable in interacting with it.

Still waiting for the products...No information whatsoever on delivery..there was no tracking option.....I appreciated a telephone call from the company explaining the reason for the delay and that the lack of tracking was being addressed.

As per our phone discussion your order has been delivered on time. The order was only placed this Sunday and as with all weekend orders they are processed on the Monday. Your order was dispatched by us next day ie Monday & even with a dpd 1 day delay has been delivered today as stipulated which is within business 3 days. If you had any queries regarding delivery we would have been happy to have answered any emails or simply just give us a call & we would have updated if needed.
Most of our orders placed during the week days are delivered next day as standard even though our standard delivery states 1-3 days. We aim to provide the best service even in testing times & are proud by the fact that over 90% of our orders are arriving next day.
