Booked to fly Heathrow to New York, back in 2018, but our outbound was delayed 8 hours for tech reasons. Claimed a refund on return to UK but BA rejected our claim. Long story short; Resolver gave us letter templates and after several to & fros BA finally coughed up. Couldn’t have done it without Reselvers help.

This group has helped me get money back from airlines and several other things too. They really helped me setting out letters and giving advice. Totally recommended

They have certainly helped me in the past but it seems. Like it depends on who the company is.
I know the one issue I had with Evri I was left with no response but overall not to bad
When I thought all was lost and not getting any where with my complaint, a friend recommended Resolver whom I'd not heard of before came to the rescue. They helped me to get a resolution which saved me from getting a fine. If you have something you need help with, get in touch with them to help you resolve the matter. You won't regret it and it's free.

I got in touch with Resolver in its early days and was astonished how much help I got. It involved me being delayed by a flight with Aer Lingus. Basically I was delayed in Dublin for at least 6 hours flying to the USA. I wrote a letter via Resolver (who helped with the wording) to Aer Lingus. The airline did the normal thing and just rejected it out of hand - I suspect that is their first response. Resolver then said to me they will write to a particular Department. Again, this was rejected. Resolver said they were expecting this and then wrote another letter and copied in the CEO. The next thing I know is that the airline accepted the complaint and sent me a refund cheque - in full. By the way, this was what they had to do due to EU regulations - it was the minimum they had to do by law. Resolver knew what to do which resulted in success. I haven't had a need to use them again, but have recommended them to others.

I had used Resolver in the past to assist me in a claim - successfully. Last year I realised I had one claim I had forgotten about until they reminded me - moving, lockdown etc had put it out of my mind! It had been lodged with the Ombudsman but they had lost my details of it and Resolver managed to find all old documents and get them into a format acceptable to the Ombudsman to investigate my original issue. This resulted in several thousands pounds being repaid to me. This would not have happened if Resolver had not helped me so much.

Resolver has all the tools and when ever I have had to make a complaint about a company. The company always seems to respond quicker then if I had gone direct ! I feel this is due to using resolver. The tools are great the letters / templates etc. Brilliant 🤩 thank you so much ☺️

I used Resolver years ago for an issue with a complaint I had with a service provider, I wasn't getting far on my own, so I gave Resolver a go not knowing much about it.. within a few weeks whilst keeping me informed I got a refund. Followed Resolver since and woukd use again if needed.

I complained to an airline for delay through resolver and got most our 2 airfares back. Just over £1000. It was easy and no commission to pay to anyone. Thankyou resolver. Highly recommended

Never heard of them prior to this experience. Thought id leave a review to help out anyone sceptical like me. I was abit nervous as thought there would be a catch but there wasnt. I was having issues getting a response from Hisense. I had sent emails and facebook messages and after 3 weeks I still had no response or acknowledgement. I was furious as having issues with a washing machine we bought roughly 8 months ago so went to google to look at places like FOS & citizen’s advice. None were able to help in an issue with an appliance. I stumbled across resolver and even though I hadnt heard of them took the leap and got them involved as I was beyong annoyed that Hisense were basically ignoring me. Suprisingly Hisense replied via resolver the same day providing me with a contact number to call to try and resolve my current issue. Very impressed with the quick turnaround. Resolver basically just acts as a middle man and took the information on my issue and generated a professional strongly worded email to Hisense which surprisingly caught their attention as its sent from Resolver and not your own email. Responses from the company then come back through resolver for you to view. Completly free service. Easy to use and understand. Will certaintly use again if needed. Been on the phone to Hisense today hopefully will get resolved.

We just used Resolver as we had no luck using clarins customer services.The issue was resolved within 24 hours and we got a refund.

I don't really get it. The service seems to do nothing except let you write about your complaint.
They don't escalate or contact the company or don't seem to and if they do you never hear about it or get any results.

Resolver? They don’t resolve anything. They just send you crappy emails all the time and ask for donations so they can keep resolving nothing. It’s pointless, it’s seems to be just a platform to send messages through and there is still no outcome. Don’t waste your time and don’t give them any money.
