My only displeasure is the after taste. I’ve decided to take it at bedtime so as to not have the aftertaste. I believe in the power of Oregano and black seed oil.

Noticing small changes in my body
Noticing small changes in my body. Around my midriff I finding that I can bend over with ease has the belly is slowly shrinking. My energy level is slowly returning and my apatite for sweets and I don't get hungry near as much. When I have a meal I am pretty much satisfied and may or may not eat later in the day. I have lost weight and looking forward to loosing some more.

I take mine during the day bc, I get heartburn easily, however,I've not experienced any heartburn with the Resilia.
