I take mine during the day bc, I get heartburn easily, however,I've not experienced any heartburn with the Resilia.
My husband takes his dose before bed. So, you can definitely take the dosage@any hour,with no issues.

My first 30 days on Resilia
I started taking Resilia on May 15th and have been taking it as directed. It has been 30 days and I have noticed that I haven’t been as sluggish and weak as I had been there is less bloating and an increase in energy and as a type #2 diabetic my blood sugar has dropped considerably, don’t get me wrong I am not recommending that it will work for everyone and to talk to your family physician before using it (note I am 73 years old)

Well I bought it on a whim, I like oregano and I don’t cook much since my husband passed! I wasn’t having any specific issues so I’ll keep taking it until I can’t afford it any longer! It has no aftertaste, but wouldn’t mind if it did! Thanx!

Well, when I started taking it, I didn't see anything at the beginning. The second week I noticed my blood pressure numbers were dropping. Third week they are steady coming down. I'm excited about this product. Combining the age garlic and the Black Sea oil. it's working wonders for my gut. I'm telling my family and friends, that this is working for me and they're interested now in buying this product.

Good things come to those who wait
I I was really skeptical, but I knew I needed to try something. I have really touchy stomach. I’ll be honest you can tell it’s working. It was a little rough in the beginning for me, but don’t take that with a grain of salt. I continued and continued for three months I can now tell you after three months. I’ve lost over 12 pounds. My face looks better sweating has gone down overall skin quality looks better. I’ve noticed I’ve not gotten sick nearly as much as I usually do. I have autoimmune disorders, which makes that happen quite often so that’s not something to shake a stick at. I have also noticed that toenail fungus is almost gone. I know that’s not something they talk about or I’ve ever heard about, but I didn’t have a heavy case, but my toenails are clear now and I’m truly amazed. I can’t tell you all that it’s done for me because I’m just feeling better my bowels my digestion everything give it a try it’s worth it. Hey it helped things. It didn’t even say it would!

I have long known about the healing…
I have long known about the healing qualities of oregano which is what prompted me to try your product. I truly believe that parasites are a problem that goes unrecognized and I think your product has been beneficial for my gut. I take multiple prescription meds and need to be careful what I add into my regimen. The fact that your product has only 2 ingredients was a big selling point. I've been on the Resilia oregano oil with black seed oil for a month and just started my second month. So far, so good.
