I ordered thru Amazon, but the door I ordered was the wrong size,my fault I thought they were all the same! Contacted the company directly, the lady on the phone was brilliant sorted the problem and told me someone who could help getting the right door would contact me soon. I received an email in under an hour, told me how to return the door. I replied with some photos and measurements of the door I needed, I had a reply very quickly telling me exactly what door I needed to order,along with a photo and link.
I've ordered the correct door, directly from the company cheaper than from Amazon.
I can't recommend this company enough, the standard of customer service was fantastic, so helpful and promptly dealt with.

Last week, I posted a poor review (since removed) of this business as I received a card from Royal Mail stating that the sender had not paid the postage. Having been contacted by Andrew, I now understand that this was not the case and I have privately apologised for my error. I now wish to make this apology public as they couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving the issue. I fully understand how poor reviews can seriously impact small businesses and once again offer my apologies.

I placed an order for a Meter Box Mk 2 Gas door. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged. After a brief read of the instructions on line, I was able to fit the door in under a minute, it was that easy.
Great service and a good quality product delivered in quick time. Highly recommended.

We bought over covers for gas and electric meters to replace doors that had been damaged by ivy. We received them quickly. They were easy to fit and look very good.

I placed an order and paid in full on 23rd May 2020 and I set up an account on their website to track my order. The order status was dispatched so i emailed them to say I had not received the order - no reply. I called and left a message but they never phoned back. I emailed again but no response. I still do not have my goods.
Update: I heard back from repairimymeterbox, they had had some problems with lost orders and promised my delivery would be with me soon. I received my door but unfortunately it was the wrong size so I had to send this back. Although I had to pay the postage, I did receive a refund.
