Following an emergency appointment at Abbey House Festival Park, I was looked after by Dr Arran and his wonderful team. I had a tooth extraction, which I was so nervous about, but it was one of the most pleasurable tooth extractions you could imagine. Everything was explained to me in detail, which made me feel relaxed and as calm as possible. Dr Arran, was so gentle and within seconds my tooth was removed. He is a great Dentist supported by amazing nurses. I feel encouraged to maintain regular check ups as I know I will be in the best hands! Also to mention, the general atmosphere was lovely - all the staff had big smiles and were very welcoming! Lovely Dental Practice!

Empathy, understanding, excellent communication with outstanding dentistry, exceeding all expectations.
The ‘dream team’ on reception Amy and Claire, went above and beyond their duties, putting me at ease and relaying to Dr.Aziz’s my anxieties.
I cannot express enough the excellence of this dental practice.

As a very very anxious patient, having now requiring a molar tooth extraction, I was referred to the Abbey House dental and I am now registered as a new patient. Caroline at Festival Park was extremely helpful and reassuring and has arranged appointments to suit me and my work diary. I feel more relaxed about the process to follow thanks to my call with Caroline and she was very understanding.

Always an amazing experience. I have gone from a very nervous patient to looking forward to my visits. Treated with care, extremely clean and modern, friendly and welcoming team and environment. First check up with Dr Arran, Charlotte and Casey today who looked after me very well, explained what was being done and ensured I was happy. Everyone at this practice is superb. Also Rafia and the hygiene team are wonderful and look after me well.

I had need of a new dentist following a house move. I couldn't find any NHS dentists in the area, so was aware I needed to pay private. I read the reviews for Abbey House and embarked on my treatment at their Stone based branch. Things went ok for a while. However I am now rather dissatisfied. I fact Im angered. I had a schedule of treatment (dont bother with the teeth whitening treatment. Its not worth it). Most recently I had prep for two crowns and a veneer. My appointment, to fit the final products was booked accordingly. I heard a few days prior that the "lab work" was in substandard and that I had further prep to submit to. (Im not convinced that this was a lab issue as my original prep appointment was for an hour but as Samee was late, my appointment lasted just 30 mins and felt rushed. The inaccuracy of my "prep" is possibly due to that rushed appointment. I doubt I'll ever find out). My appointment for "revised prep" was subsequently. And Im still waiting for that "revised prep" to happen due to a lack of an earlier appointment. So at this stage Ive had temporary work, slowly disintegrating and uncomfortable for 5 weeks. And there is still no end in sight! Im not impressed frankly. Ive repeatedly to get a soner appointment without success. I am basically paying a fortune for a very poorly service. My husband, looking for a dentist himself, will be going elsewhere!

False advertising on the website. When looking for somewhere to get braces for my daughter, I found this place. It says free consultation and that you can be seen in a week, so I enquired and got a WhatsApp message saying it would be a £100 consultation and that the next available appointment would be 20th April (it was 6th March). It’s stuff like this that is sketchy so I won’t be using.

Visited today for a hygienist appointment. It was my first time and Kelly and Abbie T were fantastic at putting me at ease. I won't be so afraid next time as I never felt a thing. Thanks ladies for a positive experience.

I would like to celebrate Abbey dentistry in Stone Staffordshire Abby Grace , Ally receptionist Kimberly. Ihave been to a high street dentistry in Stone way below par. I am NHS client but also have worked on paid cosmeticaly for private work. This Dentistey holds the New eary ideology, professional empathic welcoming efficient reliable. My Dentist Ali I am 51 and when I system he is wow his persona his proficient, engaging, professional 5 stars are not enough. I chose wisely give yourself that gift.

I would like to give one star to the lovely nurses and receptionists at Abbey House. Really upset and disappointed at some very expensive bridgework done, as the bridge split after only 4 years. I'm careful what I eat and it can't be mended. My own teeth were ground and capped to hold the bridge and so it's now one big gap at the upper jaw. The problem was just ignored when I next attended apart from suggesting implants. Asking patient for feedback is quite pushy. So that is my experience, no stars, huge gap , empty wallet and broken heart.

Started my Invisalign today and I couldn’t have felt more at ease with Corey & Kerry! Made me feel relaxed and reassured. Thank you⭐️

Im a very nervous patient. I’ve had a couple of visits to see Karim Rooprai. He really put me at ease, removed some teeth with no pain or problems. I now have new dentures which I’m over the moon with . Can’t thank him enough. Abbey house dental

Recently had some work done and had a great experience, farman and Megan are great and can't recommend them enough.

I went to the festival park dentists, I was seen by Farman & Megan, they were really nice and they talked me through everything they were going to do, they also let me know the cost and told explained the different payment options. The people at the front desk are lovely too.

I had a great experience during my visit. Caitlin was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and explained everything clearly. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended!

For anyone that is anxious about getting implants with Abbey house there is nothing to worry about , I was so anxious I cancelled my first appointment, there was zero pain through the procedure and zero pain the next day, thank you so much farman, Megan and Charlotte for the constant reassurance and support.

I visited today for the start of my implant journey. Abdul, Megan and Abbie looked after me like a queen!! From my choice of music,sorry guys, to constant reassurance throughout the procedure, everything was exceptional. Professional, caring and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend these guys and Abbey Dental without hesitation

Just want to say a big thank you to Anna and Donna for a very pleasant experience. I had two fillings and a clean and I am petrified of having needles but I can say they are amazing, it did not hurt a bit and make me feel so at easy.
