I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rentoza.
My original order was never fulfilled as promised. I waited 45 days with zero communication, and only received feedback after repeatedly chasing them myself.
I eventually cancelled on the 13th and was told my refund would be processed within 14 working days. That deadline (28th) has now passed, and I have received no confirmation, no refund, and no communication.
I have:
* Logged multiple support tickets
* Reached out via their WhatsApp support channel
All of which have been completely ignored.
This is not just poor service it shows a clear pattern of lack of accountability and disregard for customers.
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be escalating this to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, as well as sharing my experience across additional public platforms.
Rentoza I expect immediate feedback, proof of refund, and a confirmed payment date.

199 has been deducted off my account months ago. They claim to process refunds in 14days. 2 months now and i still havent received my refund!!!

Refusal to refund my deposit.
I ordered a fridge and computer on Rentoza in January 28/02/2026 and had made a deposit for the goods. The next steps required me to upload documents which i did so. My proof of residence was not good enough for them so i cancelled the order and decided to purchase elsewhere. I formally did a cancellation on their website in February 15/02/2026. when i enquire about my deposit Rentoza team send whatsapp messages from that they have escalated my refund and marked it as a priority and that i shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to their team.
Im at a point of frustration and i feel like Rentoza is running a criminal operation by not paying clients cancelation deposits back and it is a serious matter that needs to be looked into by some higher authorities.

I paid upfront for a device application with Rentoza (Order #123456), but my application was declined. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, they have not responded or processed it.
This is unacceptable. According to the Consumer Protection Act (Sections 19, 20, and 54), I am entitled to a refund when a service is not provided — which has not happened in this case. I had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback.
Be cautious when dealing with this company.
Do not buy from Rentoza
I have a contract with this shady company that ended in September. I then initiated the buyout process and no one came back to me. They deducted my acc as per normal, and only sent me the contract for the buyout process in December. I told the lady that this is unprofessional and should be looked into. She told me that she will take a look at my proof of communication. If it's correct they will allocate the amount owed to me to the buyout as per my request. They have not done yet. NCR became involved and then I showed them all my efforts of communication. They then instructed Rentoza to respond with their investigation within 5 days. It has been 2 months and today they tried to deduct my acc again and gave me a call with the rudest of agents telling me that she has probably worked in customer support longer than me. This company is a bloody joke and no one should ever take anything from them. They threaten you with legal actions for a simple request ( asking to make payment within a couple of working days)

My order was unsuccessful, received an email 11/02 advising that a refund should take 6-12 working days, never received anything. Today is the 16th of March still nothing. I want my money back.

After cancelling the order on 19 Feb 2026, I was told a refund would take 6-12 days. It's now been 29 days, and I'm still waiting. Their lack of communication is appalling - multiple emails have gone unanswered.
If you're considering using Rentoza, think twice. They clearly don't value their customers' time or money.

I’m not usually one to write reviews. As a customer support representative myself I understand how damaging they can be to a company’s image. But the experience I’ve had with you takes the crown in the worst way. I’ve sent emails. I’ve called. I’ve even sent messages and received no meaningful response. It feels like every attempt to resolve this has been ignored while my refund remains unprocessed.
If you’re considering using this company please read the reviews first. I regret not doing that myself. My mistake was trusting the process and now I’m the one paying for it.
