These guys make one of the most stressful things to go through (moving house) a load easier. Their service is second to none - Amardeep, Tom, Michael, Donna - 11/10 for these guys!! Amar in particular looked after me through my interaction with the company. He took ownership, explained everything in an easy to understand way and got the job done. Kudos! If you need a guarantor, these are well worth paying for!

I used this company months ago because I was desperate to secure a flat and was given no other option, and at first glance it all appeared a promising solution. However, as a young person with no savings and a low income at the time, the only people who helped me in this situation (luckily) was my family, who paid this idiotic company in full. Every other option I could have managed, such as to pay in instalments, was denied me because of poor credit score and low earnings. Yet is that not literally the point of the company, to help people who can’t afford to pay a deposit because of those problems exactly? All this caused me was a lot of tears and further unnecessary stress. It’s only because I was lucky enough to have family who were readily able to help me and step in that I was able to secure my flat, but not everyone may have that option. This company was effectively no help to me at all. This was months ago, but I have been angry and bitter about this since and as I’m now moving on to better places, I feel compelled to finally say something. I felt severely let down and would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.

As an independent student finding a house with a guarantor as a requirement was really discouraging until rentguarantor made it possible for me. I get to now apply for houses with my friends without worrying about the guarantor aspect

They try to help me but kind of useless as the states come back saying that they don’t accept companies besides you have to pay in full before moving to the property and immense amount of money
