Whilst my initial experience with Housing Hand wasn't as expected, I'd like to give special recognition to Temitope. He took on my case personally seeking to rectify my concerns. He was courteous, understanding and transparent, ensuring that I was well informed throughout the process. Thanks to Temi, I was able to have my Guarantor application processed in time for my move-in date. He's an asset to the Housing Hand team. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience with Housing Hand while arranging my guarantor service. The process was clear, efficient, and well-organized from start to finish.
A special thank you to Yusuf, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the application. He made everything much easier.

Whilst there were some technical issues (the website doesn't really work on a PC, you have to use your mobile phone), Yusuf was reasonable with us and patient. Initially, I thought Housing Hands was a bad company because we simply couldn't log into the dashboard and nothing was working well but we got decent support in the end and I appreciated Yusuf's tone and management of the situation.

As a co-signer for a tenant, while I understand the responsibility as a co-signer, there have been so many issues where the tenant had not paid fees.
While I have continued to make these payments under agreement, I have since been informed that the balance due has increased substantially and with no explanation provided.

Despite contacting them via email and phone countless times, my concerns have not been answered, nor have several emails. The level of service is absolutely shocking and causing more distress on top of currently dealing with redundancy.

It is now getting to the point where a full SARS request will be requested in order to see exactly what has gone on in order to gain further clarity. At least then I can look to obtain further advice.

Beyond shocking. Avoid this practice at all costs if you wish to save yourself a lifetime of stress, either as a landlord, resident or co-signer.

Best service and very professional and quick response

I was advised to use Housing hand to help my apartment application and I was lucky enough to be transferred to Temitope Erinle. He was very calm and gentle on the phone, he helped me with the application, checked what I had left to do and also assisted me with the parts I was stuck with. I called back a few times to get an update as I was uploading the documents and he was very helpful and patient each time. I believe I’ve had a fantastic and swift application because of him.

I made an urgent application to Housing Hands for fear my property would fall through at the last minute due to the lack of appropriate guarantor.

I followed this up with an email to customer services with Yusuf getting back to me the same day and supporting me to complete my application successfully.

I am really happy about the prompt and professional support and will now be moving into my property.

Shame about the cost however the company provide an excellent service and have found a gap in the market that needs to be filled.

I went onto the website to request a guarantor. I thought I'd fill out a few forms and they'd get back to me. Wrong. I got asked four or five basic questions, then the site gave me no other options to proceed. I asked a friend how she sorted, she said to try a different browser. Four different browsers later, still not working. I tried the chat bot. Useless. I tried phoning, another useless AI chat bot. I tried Whatsapp and still a useless AI chatbot. And now I have to contact the university to see if their is other options, because frankly this has been a massive waste of my time. I have now spent over four hours going through all this.

Nuno was exceptionally patient with me and understanding of my circumstances, it was very helpful and easy and a smooth journey for something that was very stressful for me! Thanks to you all!

Everytime i intially start an application by pressing the start application button and fill in my details i am taken back to the same page asking me to start my application. I have experienced this problem across multiple accounts and browsers and I have third party cookies.

I have requested help via email and phone multiple times and have only been met with AI, automated responses and false promises that a member of the team will be in touch within a stated timeframe

Easy service to use and very helpful but I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to be poor. Website covered in lots of AI and is shockingly slow. Thank you Yusuf for working on my application!
