I had a great experience with rent a room but my only issue is with the cleaning staff who didn't clean as expected and lack of promptness on the part of the management pertaining to concerns and issues raised. Overall everything was good.

It was super easy to get into contact about the room advert and the process was very quick to gain all of my references and checks. Carrie has made the experience lovely for me and helped me through the whole process, even with my endless questions ☺️ x

Andy from Rent a Room was very polite and friendly when he showed me round the house and room always smiling and easy to talk to. Very helpful while I was going through the process of moving in. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

My experience was made great my good costumer service from the apartment agent Andy. He readily communicated and guided me on every step of the renting process and documentation.

It was my first-ever solo attempt at finding a new property. With 0 previous experience hence lacking total confidence, I was - tbh - very unsure if I would be able to find the right property in good time and with ease. But, from start to finish, the Dream Team - Carrie and Andy - ensured I felt comfortable and supported during the entire tenancy process. Very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, the Dream Team were quick to queries and concerns, reply to text messages/emails, and solve any problems that have occurred and may occur in the future quickly and efficiently. Always keeping me informed, Carrie understood my urgent need to find a new home and tailored her services accordingly. I was impressed by their impeccable customer service and it exceeded my expectations every time. All in all, the Dream Team signed, sealed and delivered me an excellent property in good time and with ease hence I found my experience working with them a real blessing. Be carefully...elven with a lodger terms of agreement Natalie used my hone annf luxury flat for some prostitution activities...verynaive...not at all.

Anither lodger Lara completely oug of her mind. She ndvet abided the toc and then expected others to be quiet whislt she slept after being out all night and lost her keys .dysfunctional...eating my fiid. Racism comments theatening mt!!Drunken sick petson . Moved in with a housefull of items from her grandmas house...she should havd stayed there...we all.cimplsined as she overfulled each soace!. She was rude and stupid...large TV pn all of thf time...She helped herself to my office stationary...Sat pn my garden bed so thst was possessive had eaten curries very late takeaways. She had caused lot if distress and anxiety. Should had thrown her out! Pre 2017.

Carrie made me feel welcome was friendly and even stayed longer as I was late. And showed me everything I needed to know.

The experience of moving into my new home was amazing, moved in soo fast and communication was great.

My initial experience with rentaroom was fantastic but what’s really impressed me is the care and service they continue to provide AFTER you’ve signed your contract. i have made a couple of requests already and all have been responded to within a matter of hours and they’ve been very quick to help especially Gemma who i believe is from the nuneaton team. gemma has helped with every query i have raised and has done so promptly. if you are considering any agency please consider this one because the service is second to none!

Horrible service, is a scam

I received fantastic service from Carrie at rent a room, when we met I informed her I was renting a room for my son who was due to start work at George Elliot Hospital. She asked his likes and dislikes and found a room quickly that would be suitable for him within walking distance of the hospital and professional housemates.
Throughout the process she kept me fully informed of what was needed and assisted when I needed it.
Carrie is a credit to the company and I will definitely be using her again should the need arise. Thank you
