Booked 2 motorbikes which was aproved, payed for them, drove 30min to the rental place and then have been told that they don’t have any of them.

Why aprove booking without checking with rental place?

Quick and easy way to rent a motorbike in Paphos Cyprus from TT Motorcycles. Reasonable prices with a good range of well prepared machines. Staff eager to please in the typically Cypriot way. Great way to tour around the island. I would however advise you to take your own crash helmet and jacket, etc as the ones I had were in need of cleaning! Apart from that, I would recommend them.

Ich hatte Online einen Roller gemietet inkl Zeitangabe. Als ich ihn um 9 holen wollte meinten sie es dauert noch. waren auch nicht bemüht ersatz zu suchen. Meinten nur wir rufen an!! Eine Frechheit wenn ich eine Zeit eingebe und dadurch mein Aufenthalt nicht solange war sehr ärgerlich den halben Vormittag zu verlieren. Um halb12 hab wir es dann bekommen. Discount für die Umstände wollten sie auch nicht geben! Sehr unfreundlich und ohne verständnis.

Très insatisfaite. Ni moi ni mon conjoint n’avons eu la moto réservée ( Indian) mais des Harley. La mienne n’avait ni porte bagages ni pare-brise. De plus elle est tombée en panne à deux reprises, un problème de blocage de frein arrière qui aurait pu me coûter la vie sur l’autoroute. L’assistance a heureusement fonctionné et on m’a dirigé vers un garage qui m’a remis la moto en marche et en sécurité. Je suis extrêmement insatisfaite de cette entreprise qui a mon avis n’est pas fiable. Seul point positif : Giovanni à Chicago qui nous a parfaitement renseigné et est intervenu rapidement pendant la panne. Ne relouerais pas dans cette entreprise. Extrêmement déçue.

My correspondence with people from the company was mostly pleasant, but it should be better communicated that rentalmotorbike.com doesn't maintain its own bike inventory and does not make any guarantees for its service.

My experience: I booked a couple bikes so my girlfriend and I could spend a day riding around a national park near Porto. Soon after booking, I get a message from someone at the site saying that the models we booked aren't available and he was looking for substitutes. I say ok, fine, and to let us know if he finds the substitutes.

After some back and forth regarding which models we'd be comfortable riding, we're told there are 2 bikes in stock and we're all set. Great.

The evening before our planned trip to the park, I get an automatic email saying our reservation was cancelled, unaccompanied by any sort of explanation. I reach out to someone else at the company after not getting a response from the original agent, and they inform me that there are actually no bikes available and that they'd initiate a refund soon. So much for that plan, I guess we'll just spend another day walking around Porto, which is what we did, and it was disappointing. We did, at least, get our deposit refunded pretty quickly.

Overall, it was a pretty negative experience. Some disclaimers for people thinking about using RentalMotorbike:

1) I suspect many of the bikes advertised on the site are never in stock at the suppliers, and are simply there to get people's attention.

2) The rental agreements are based on relationships that RentalMotorbike has with local suppliers. They are only as reliable as their suppliers, and this is not clear from the messaging on the website. In the FAQ on the site it says availability is guaranteed, but based on my experience and other people's reviews, this is not the case!

Das Personal war hilfreich, da wir nicht gleich hingefunden haben. Es war ein kompetentes Team und die Abwicklung verlief schnell und klar.
Der Roller war neu und super zu fahren. Wir waren total zufrieden damit.

Contacté a Rental Motor Bike Ya hace unos años y para rentar Motos en Europa. De ahí que comencé con los Tours en Moto que se ofrecen y TODOS han sido espectaculares y sobre todo cumplidos al 100%.
Pero lo que más quiero destacar es la Atención Amigable y muy profesional del Equipo. A Mi en lo particular, mi contacto es Tomás Pujols y siempre con toda la actitud amigable de Atenderme. Felicidades a TODOS en Rentalmotorbike.

Unfortunatly, this company do business with unreliable company like Jota Cafe in Barcelona (see review on Trust Pilot) so I ended up having a very bad rental experience and mess up my vacation. On the other hand, they respond quickly, refund there part of the rental and help to recover a small amount of the cancellation from Jota Café.

The Website was nice to use. We booked 2 Scooters separately, for my reservation we couldn’t get one and got a call from Rentalmotorbike in the morning to tell us this and manage to get me a shifter bike. Service was nice despite a few language problems 😅 but turned out our Rentalcompany where we picked up the bike didn’t got the Confirmation from Rentalmotorbikes and we where lucky that the bike still wasn’t reserved for somebody else. But everything worked out at the end.

We rentet a bike in Iceland. The staff was very serviceminded and friendly. Everything went smoothly. We got a perfect bike without any problems with at all. We will recommend this place to anyone wanting to rent a motorbike. Definetely a great way to explore the beautiful nature of Iceland.

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Würde immer wieder dort buchen.

El servicio y la moto muy bien, pero llevo esperando a que me devuelven la fianza de 450 euros casi un mes

Horrible la peor experiencia que pude tener. Nos dejaron tirados en Faro y no existía la moto. Despues de perder toda la tarde nos dijeron que tenian otra pero que teniamos que pagar otros 100 euros por ser mas cara. Al final nos dejaron sin ninguna moto. No caigais.

Absolutely the best. They up-graded my bike to a Yamaha Tenere 700 without charge because the one I had chosen was discontinued. Everything was perfect, clothing, gloves, helmet. Very nice people to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone coming to Madeira to enjoy its amazing roads. The Yam is the bike to choose, it's perfectly suited to the roads in Madeira.

Nous avions réservé une location de scooter via ce site du mardi au samedi qui a été validé sur le site, on a payé un tiers. Mais au dernier moment on nous appelle pour nous dire que ce n’est plus possible pour le samedi car quelqu’un d’autre avait réservé avant. On leur explique gentillement qu’on ne reste pas beaucoup de temps et qu’on en a absolument besoin le samedi compris. La personne au téléphone ne nous laisse pas le choix, pas de gestes commerciales de proposé car elle voulait nous retirer un jour pour le même prix ou nous laisser gérer avec le gérant des scooters sur place. (On ne parle pas italien et pas sûr qu’il aurait accepté) Et surtout une logistique catastrophique pour en arriver là !!! On a annulé la réservation, a dit qu’il nous rembourserait et nous a raccroché au nez. A FUIR !

Sehr viele Vermietstationen. Preise nicht billig, jedoch der gebotenen Qualität und dem Service angemessen.

Rented a HARLEY DAVIDSON for STURGIS 2022 RALLY. The full amount was paid. Received an e-mail from them after 2 weeks! saying that they can't give the same bike at the same price. Must choose a $500! more expensive model (a model that will not suit my needs).
I requested a refund, but without success.
The same bike with the same price is still being advertised on their website for this period. Why do they keep on misleading the people. No communication after 6 days after I canceled the order and requested a refund. Should I be worried? I can not book a next motorbike with another company if I do not receive my funds paid to rentalbike.com.
When will I receive my refund!!!!

They were very professional, the bike was properly inspected, with a full tank, they provided helmets, and over all was a very pleasant experience. If you don't own a credit cart and instead pey with a debit card, there is a surcharge of 20% from the insurance company, but even with that is the cheapest price on the market. I paid 84 EUR for 3 days with a Honda Pantheon 125 ( return on Saturday tax 10 euro) so 28 EUR per day, as opposed to 40-45eur / day at other firms. For 200 km i paid 11 EUR in gas. Would recommend!

Auf der Webseite werden Motorräder für den Auswahlzeitraum angeboten, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt gar nicht verfügbar sind. Das erfährt man allerdings erst, nachdem man eine Anzahlung gemacht hat.
Es wundert mich nicht, dass man bei Google keine Rezenssionen schreiben kann....
