I have used this company before and can confirm that they are very efficient in keeping me informed of every stage of the order being processed. My shoes arrived very quickly and are just perfect.

I would like to raise my concerns with this company. I placed an order last Friday, did not get a confirmation to say they’d received my order. Tried to contact them several times with no response, money cleared on Sunday and it said shipped on my account but still no confirmation on when I would receive it. Tried again to contact them with no response. Other reviews are so good with quick delivery and communication. Think this is a scam company and will be contacting the bank.
Thank you for your very quick response!! as I found your email in Mailbox junk rather than Gmail. I have gone back on to my account and can find no tracking information. Please can you send this to me again please as seem to get good communication on here.

Hi Kazzy
As discussed via email, we have worked hard to track your order through the courier website tracking, this has been located and we have provided you with full tracking information. You have acknowledged via email that our responses to you went into your junk box.
We have an 'Excellent' rating on Trustpilot due to our fast dispatch time and our response time when issues have arisen. We assure you that we are not a 'scam website' and that we are a reputable company.
Edit: Thank you for your response. We have received notification of your delivery and have sent you an email
Many thanks

Nice fleece, good value for money.
Took a while to deliver and communication with the seller was poor but when it finally arrived I was pleased with the quality. I'll just put the delivery problem down to the holiday period.
