Their service sucks.I sent money on the 17th so 23rd and no one still got their money.Then I get this message that I have to resend ithey should compensate my friends or me for wasting my time. My family had to borrow money and now people are pissed off with them for not paying it back and they still haven't received the money I sent

Very reliable and trustworthy
I have been using Remitbee for a long time and I really find it very reliable, efficient and quick. It provides very decent exchange rates that I did not find on any other app. The support panel is really helpful and they have always assisted me with any of the queries in a very timely manner.

5 DAYS GAP FROM SENDING TO RECEIVING
>AWFUL SERVICE: if theres an option for zero star, i would choose it.
>i sent money to Gcash mobile wallet in Philippines, its now 118hrs and 33 minutes (5days) before the money was received. the money was sent March 25 but received March 30.
>DELAYED RECEIPT OF FUNDS:the customer service of remitbee said there is technical problem with their international partner and “escalated” the isse to international partnner, my recipient has to wait another 24-48hrs.
>MISLEADING INFORMATION: In their app, it indicates within 2 business days funds will be received.
>PROCESS A TRANSACTION NOT REQUESTED: the customer service reprocess the transaction when i requested for return of funds.
>SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: the response of the customer service is taking forever
>INCONSISTENT RESPONSE: at first, the customer service said that gcash has to accept the transaction but later the customer service said there is not problem with the recipients account, it is their international partner
>i sent money using taptap send in the same gcash account to just to check if gcash has no problem, it was indeed received in less than 3minutes.
>NO PROPER COMMUNICATION: there was no advise that there is technical issues with GCash Mobile wallet

untimely double check
I've gone through multiple step to get to a high verification level but even then some of my transaction are taking much longer than it should to complete to go through more verification.
I appreciate that the the transaction were flagged for verification, it is a great security features as I moved lots of money. However, this process should be more streamlined.

I have had excellent experiences with getting travelling cash when I need it using Remitbee in Mexico.
I have had excellent experiences with RemitBee transferring money to myself from Canada to Mexico. I use this service as it is less costly and more efficient than other methods (including ATM withdrawals) that I have used. My most recent transfer took 8 minutes from the time I e-transferred money to RemitBee until they acknowledged sending the money onward for cash pickup in Mexico. I went to the beach and about an hour later I received confirmation that I could pickup my cash at the designated partner.
I did have a few problems with my first two transfers but that was because of "paperwork" however since I figured the system out it has been excellent and reliable.
Ensure that the name you give as a recipient is the same as your name in your passport - First, middle and last. You also need to use a local address within the receiving country as your "receiving address - get the address including the postal code from your hotel and use that when you register as a "recipient".
Where I stay in Mexico the eATMs can be very unreliable as a consistent source of funds, they simply run out of money at times. RemitBee allows for larger transfers and has proven to be a reliable source of funds when needed.
