Convenient. Easy to use. Early payment made possible. Saw other reply from Rely that instalments will be split to 3 instalment plans which is great. Could be more better by offering 6 to 12 instalment... Se mere

The qoo10 cashback didn't work

The qoo10 cashback didn't work. It was a click bait. They advertised the Qoo10 Cashback on their app and on Qoo10 but when you purchase you will only notice the cashback is not available anymore because its "Out Of Stock"

I emailed Rely but after like 5-6 email exchanges , nothing is solved. This is totally false advertisement.

The limit for debit card states at $1k…

The limit for debit card states at $1k buy when I tried to use rely for $929 purchase, it was rejected numerous times. So I decided to buy a cheaper handphone at $469, then the purchase went thru. Think the amount they allow you to spend is much lower than advertised.

However, according to the FAQ stated on the Rely FAQ page, the limits may vary depending on the individual order and customer. The more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more. Limits are usually lower for new shoppers until we get to know you.

Also, the FAQ has stated to check your available purchase limit through your Rely account on the Rely Mobile app before proceed to place an order for your purchase.

use Rely twice to purchase at Qoo10..

use Rely twice to purchase at Qoo10..
1st order got cancel by qoo10 due to some error , send an email to Rely & Jasminder was quick to respond to my concern & refund was received within 2-3 days..

2nd order was purchased @qoo10 again but overseas seller took a delay & order not yet ship despite my number of enquiries therefore had to cancel my order today & once again , Jasminder was efficient to respond & refund was done thou....

Eventhough i face 2 failed transations but i will try Rely again as their CS service really helpful & efficient ...Pleaseckeep up the good effort , Jasminder 👍👍👍

This is very helpful for someone in need urgently

I just trying out this app. Didnt expect can make an installment without owning a credit card. Great, awesome n crazy at the same time. This is very helpful when you need to buy stuff when you just start getting a job. When you just recover from sick. You don't need to have a credit card to show them that you can pay them back. To make they trust you is when you know when you can pay back. This is an app who trust their customer. Very nice of you guys. A suggestion from me is, it is better if we can choose the date and can choose whether we can make a full payment after 1st payment made. That will be great too. Thanks team Rely. Appreciated very much. Will share around. =)

Changes on amount limit

The orders for reviewing is slow. By the time reviewed the orders might be out of stock. It will be good if more shopping apps like Shopee or Lazada and etc can use rely. And options between bi-weekly and monthly payment. And also the spending amount limit can increased from $1000 to $3000 for debit users. It will be good and easier for Rely and both credit and debit card users all same amount $3000. The purchase limit doesn't increased even if orders of payment is paid completed, don't work like bank credit card as is system fixed. Was told from the live chat that the limit amount can be used till it reached zero and cannot be used anymore unless users used other bank accounts with new cards. Cannot expect users to keep changing accounts or cards. $1000 purchase limit is not enough. And have been using rely very long time don't even seem to see any changes from new user to known regular user. Rely should make changes regards to amount limit increased like able to reset to $1000 once payment clears monthly like bank credit card.

However, please be informed that the installment/repayments are chosen by the merchant which plan they prefer to offer to their customers for their business platform.

Please be advised that Rely has launched 2 plans which are Rely PayLater Plan(split into 4 payments and due on 2 weeks once) and Rely Installment(split into 3 payments and due on monthly). If the merchant has chosen to provide Rely PayLater plan, the customer will follow according to the plan stated on their website.

Besides that, the purchase limit increment will auto-increase or decrease by the system according to your payment history. If you have any late payment history in the past, definitely the limit will not increase for your Rely account. Also, Rely has stated in the FAQ that the limits may vary depending on the individual order and customer. The more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more. Limits are usually lower for new shoppers until we get to know you.

Limited amount , only had $600. Been with rely like more than half a year, still same limited.
