The claim process with Regency went very smooth and timely. My Complaint was the company that was assigned was late for the appointment and did not have any repair products on hand.

I made a my first call three days later I called and said I didn't hear from nobody for my ac so they gave a number to call a tech and I call when to voicemail l attempt several times before I called back to the company and they told they've left a message with the tech and to wait 24 hours I wait for 4 days and I called back and they told me to get it done for myself and they reverse me my money so I did that so when it comes to reverse me my money they changed me for the service call which they didn't have nothing to do with the called point of getting a warranty is for the company provide service that u need which they have not so I going to cancel my plan I have with them the company that did come to do the job I have a plan with them now. That would be everything from the time I answered the phone until we finished signing me up. Nothing negative to say about Alex. He was great. He was professional, very polite and personable, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, great service, great price and he helped me choose the best plan for me.

Called in my very first claim today. Representative was very helpful and emailed me information about my policy that I had been missing. Will be calling a technician tomorrow to come and service my oven.

Elliot made our experience very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with our questions. He had a very pleasant tone, and he knew what we needed. Overall, the phone conversation was good.
A week without AC or resolution.
AC went out Sunday, called first thing Monday. No one came out until Wednesday, they diagnosed and requested approval for a $600 repair. No response from Regency until Friday afternoon. They asked for photos and three years service records then. Really? A week with no AC and no resolution.
Cancellation has been a nightmare. On line they insist cancellation must be by phone. By phone they say the opposite.
Horrible.

Unsatisfied with Regency Total Home Warranty
12/31/25 Called for a repair claim as my heater went out on (Xmas Eve). Gave details for claim.
1/7/26 talked to Pamela to verify what needed to send to get the repairs worked on.
1/9/26 called again & talked to Dave who told me my warranty doesn't cover burnt wires as not considered wear & tear! He emailed me a copy of my home warranty plan. Needless to say I was very upset & told him so what's they use of paying for insurance if things like this are not covered to my heater & a/c to work. December & January were cold months that I had to be without my heater. It was very uncomfortable. I finally had someone to repair the burnt wire & backboard & now am happy that I have both my heater & a/c working properly even though I had to pay out of my pocket.

This company is nothing but a scam artist they deny all claims if I read the reviews before I purchased their warranty I would’ve never used this company. Andrew is very rude after you try to make a claim I would not recommend this company to anybody I had tons of warranties through my life and never have I dealt with this kind of a company. Make sure you tell all your friends family to stay far away from this company.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Recently contacted them with issues of my heat pump. It took them over a week to send someone out after telling me on 2 different occasions that they were on their way. After a lot of calls they finally sent someone, technician said it was thermostat. So they put in for a new thermostat which was almost 500.00. Regency then informed me they would only pay 175.00 since I could not produce records of it being inspected yearly. When I took out the warranty I specifically asked them if everything was included and their answer was yes it was and they would cover it up to 6,000.00. So for anyone else considering this company DON’T. I am not a satisfied customer! Dora Orsborn

horrible warranty company… every time i called to get a repair done, it took days and weeks for them to come and do the repair. I calked several times for repairs and always was an excuse for them to come… beeate of this company. I could not use them, and when i cancelled they charged me a termination fee of 75.00, that was not fair and it looks like they make money on you just to cancel your policy, pathetic!!!
