You will regret this decision
This company cannot get Techs in a timely manner. They were also misleading when the policy was sold . They are also unresponsive! They do not reimburse when you get your own technicians.

This is a foreign company, when you submit a claim, they forwarded it to another third-party outside of your area, they advertise a tech within 48 hours the last two claims I’ve had to get my own tech, after waiting the 30 day waiting. I had an issue with my hot water heater. They couldn’t get a tech out there. I got my own tech. I had a $339 bill they’re telling me now they will only pay up to $175 that I have to wait three more months before they’ll pay a full bill or do any type of replacement on any item that was not stated when I purchased the warranty, I put three properties underneath them, I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor it’s the same person that answers the phone for the claims. I’ve reached out to the person that sold me the warranty. He is completely unresponsive. Do not waste your money on this company go to America home shield !

He seemed like he was not telling me stories as he fully answered my questions. I was able to hear what I believe was the truth and gain discounts for military as my husband is a Vietnam war veteran as well as a Senior discount as we are both over 64 years of age. Thank you.

This is the worse home warranty company…
This is the worse home warranty company I can’t imagine anyone being worse. I have had a a homer owners warranty with them for approximately 7montjs made two small claims and they refuse to honor the contract. They have requests invoices paperwork which I have provide and they still refuse to provide adequate adequate service. I call and a attempt to speak to customer service and they put me on hold forever eventually they come back and say no one is available and that they will call me back, well that never happens. I send receipts attempted to have a conference call with the repair company and of course again no answer from anyone from Regency, several time they answered and hung up. This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere. I willing to even post my contact information for anyone that’s would like information on this horrible company REGENCY HOME WARRANTY..
