This company is terrible, worst company ever!

This company is terrible at best! Every month I catch pure hell trying to pay my bill. I don’t believe any of these positive reviews. Those people were probably paid off.

I couldn’t pay no longer without talking to their 3rd world terrible English speaking employees that are truly annoying.

I’ve tried over and over to pay my bill and it kept sending to those terrible customer service people that want me to pay them to pay my bill.

They now meat up my credit due to them closing my account for telling them off for trying to embezzle money from me.

I want to warn the world of the tactic these people use to purposely use to mess your life up.

CEO should be fired as well as management!

I’ve seen terrible management and company like this terrible managements company fold. And this should and probably will be one of them if they treat customers like this.

I no longer have to be stressed trying to pay this company.

I have other credit cards and I never, ever experienced this with them! Only this terrible company.

I’m not going to let this go as you messed with my credit score.

I will however let my over 4000 facebook followers know about this company and how it operates!

Terrible company! Buyer beware…

Haven't sent refund due

I closed my account last month and paid it off. Lucky for me, my financial situation has changed and I no longer need a card that I paid monthly fees on, bringing my interest rate to over 50%!!! There was an overpayment and they still haven't sent it to me, claiming today that they never received a request for a refund. So, if there's extra money in someone's account, they just keep it there? And of course they aren't going to pay ME a late fee!!
