Jared went above and beyond to deliver for us on multiple occasions as we experienced some technical issues with our original chiller. He has been kind, personable, helpful, and had incredible follow through, staying on top of our needs until our issues were remedied. The best sauna and customer service EVER.
I bought the sauna about a year and a half ago when my husband was deployed, we have three kids and I swear having the sauna and taking that little bit of time for myself each day has immensely improved my well being and health. He is currently deployed AGAIN, and without my daily sauna time and self care, I would not be able to be there for my family and show up to e best I can everyday. It helps alleviate the stress of everything going on. I have needed a few replacements, the hinges, door magnetic clips, and a few questions about setup. Every time I have reached out to customer service it was a breeze and refreshing to speak to a human right away and have received excellent support each time! You guys really are the best!

Horrible Customer Service
Product is very middle of the road. My cold plunge got here and it has a leak that makes it so it’s not retaining water. Customer service is horrible.

We ordered our sauna in January and were told it would arrive by Feb-early March. It still isn’t here and may be another month we were told. Just be aware the length of time it takes to arrive when ordering.

Our lakeside sauna is a great addition!
After much research I chose to buy our barrel sauna from Redwood Outdoors. They were excellent in answering my questions to order the correct heater for my climate. Ordering was easy and took advantage of the Truemed HSA option for payment. The pallet arrived faster than I expected. It was expertly packed and arrived perfectly. We used their video and printed manuals to install and went together in a few hours with my wife and I. We are awaiting our electrician to finish up the heater connection. We were impressed on the quality and fitment of everything. I will say the instructions for nailing could be more specific. I nailed to often at the top and made it difficult to get last pieces in. So, other than that, it was a great experience with Redwood Outdoors from start to finish.

If you can put together IKEA furniture, you can build this sauna. It's that easy. The instructions and videos were clear, and the construction is very well thought out. Before we purchased, we had several conversations with the RO staff, who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They asked the right questions, which led us to a decision on size and features. We selected the Cabin Outdoor Sauna - 4 Person. The sauna arrived as promised, and the packaging was so well engineered that there was no breakage. We put our sauna on a roof deck, and it took only about an hour for 2 people to carry all the parts upstairs (1,000 lbs.). The only snafus we had were when I didn't read the directions correctly. The pieces can only go together one way. We only needed a screw gun and a rubber mallet. We learned that you have to be careful when taking the long pieces out of the box. They have a tongue-and-groove design and are shipped with the tongues in the grooves. So if you pull one of the boards out of the box without untangling them, you risk breaking off the tongues at one end. It is not a serious functional problem, but you may not like seeing it in the finished product. We also did not like the rolled roofing material. It was rolled extremely tightly and was hard to unroll without breaking. Maybe it had been sitting around for too long. The sauna heats up very quickly, and the App is amazing. I love turning on the sauna when I'm out walking the dog and having it ready when I get back. Our electricians found it easy to hook up. They had a question during the installation, and the RO office walked them through the hookup so they could finish in one visit. I've never had to wait to speak with someone in the office. We love our sauna, and we use it all the time. We highly recommend the product and the company. You can do this!
