product is ok. clarity on shipping and delivery severely lacking and inconsistent. world not recommend buying from this company, find a local provider who can set and deliver on expectations. cost of these products warrants a much higher level of service and experience.

Communication was excellent. Delivery was smooth. Setting up the sauna was easy using the manual and video. And the sauna is fantastic! Heats up quick (for sauna standards) and once hot it retains the heat without the heater running. Wifi control makes it all easy.

We’re very sorry that your sauna wax was damaged during transit three separate times and never successfully delivered. After multiple failed attempts, you deserved clearer communication and more meaningful support from our team.
Although the shipping damage occurred while the packages were in transit, we recognize that the overall experience remains our responsibility. A manager from our Customer Support team will be reaching out very shortly. We hope to get this sorted with and for you.
Terrible Customer Service
I left a review on the Redwood Outdoors website. The front door of the sauna was damaged in shipping along with the bench. I was told I have to wait two months or more for a replacement door. That's terrible customer service. I understand managing inventory levels, but having zero extra doors to send when your shipping damages the product is a managerial mistake and extremely poor customers service. I will not be recommending Redwood Outdoors to anyone I know. Customer service only reached out through a generic email to apologize for the 2+ month extra wait time. Please note that this was after waiting two months to receive the sauna after originally ordering it.

All around disappointing
All around disappointing. The installation instructions were outdated. The items you have to deal with “on your own” weren’t really shared until after purchase. The roofing materials are of poor quality (and the lack of metal roof option—claiming long term backorder—was suspect). I would not buy anything else from them in the future.

I love my new sauna and the people at the Stone Way location in Seattle were knowledgeable and helpful.
I would like to say, though that the information about when the sauna would arrive could have been more clear. I called several times to ask about delivery times and the answers were vague. I was told that “it was on a ship,” then “in a warehouse.” I think that information should be more specific.
On the other hand, the gentleman that delivered the kit was just delightful. I was surprised that he had to unload it alone— that is a decision made by your company (?) if so YIkES.
I do love my sauna. It has helped to improve my back pain immensely, so yay on that!

Love my new Sauna! Delivery was fast, quality is great, communication is consistent with fast response times. A couple parts broke sooner than they should have but I received a replacement quickly.

A Quality Product and Great Customer Service
Purchasing a sauna for our home was a big decision given the amount of time, money, and space involved. For me, it was important to find a high quality product that was accompanied by great customer service - I considered this a new relationship I'd be building as the expectation is this sauna will be a fixture in our home.
I found that with Redwood Outdoors! After extensive research, I landed on the Garden Sauna from RO. The involved process from research/questions, purchase, shipping/delivery, construction, electrical installation, and finally sauna troubleshooting - the entire time I have had support from the Redwood Outdoors team, making sure I was satisfied with my investment and not getting stuck on any issues that arose while getting the sauna up and running.
Construction of the sauna building was easy and enjoyable - one solid day's work (with the instructions it was like building a giant grown up Lego set).
Find a quality electrician and follow RO's instructions.
The sauna has been up and running for a month (every night), and it's been fantastic. We are thrilled with the investment!
I've got Redwood on speed dial for any questions/issues, and they are always quick to get back to me.
I hope to have a long lasting relationship with them and to continue using our new Garden sauna year round. Thank you Redwood Outdoors!

Since day one I have problems with…
Since day one I have problems with Alaskan cold plunge. First of all I was asked to fix it by my self, after I pushed multiple time I was offered a small compensation for hiring technician, which didn't cover the cost of technician. Currently cold plunge is non-functional and I am again required to fix it by myself or pay out of pocket most of the part of the bill.

AWFUL
The sauna arrived damaged and I had to fight like hell to get what I deserved; customer service is awful, truly a zero integrity company. This is what happens when you manufacture things in china and have zero control over your manufacturing process.

Was hired to put together a redwood outdoor sauna and as a carpenter I have honestly never seen such low quality. Door wouldn’t close, spliced wood, glue, and the crate was damaged (I pretty sure it was from China)
