Ally and the team from RBT are an exceptional group of professionals. Their means of communications and preparation for my initial talent meeting, was highly organized and effortless. During my meeting, Ally provided all the necessary details, as well an open and comfortable forum for topics of discussion. In addition, she provided ample time to answer any additional questions that I had and made sure that I was clear with the next steps in the interview process. I highly recommend the opportunity to work with RBT at any capacity, within the hiring process.

I would have put 10 stars if this was possible.. I’m not someone that trusts recruiting agency usually, so if I’m happy with them, everyone can.

All was really nice to talk to , it did'nt felt like an interview and more of a discussion. She did share all the relevant information to make the conversation easy.

Great experience so far. They provide help the day before the interview through whatsapp, sharing tips and ideas how to be more prepared.
