In the very beginning of my experience with this site there were some interesting deals, but the only reason I keep monitoring new deals is for finding something to receive my previous payout. The rule there is you can get the refund only if it is more then 25 bucks. The current year's deals are very disappointing.

Love Rebate Rewards ! Always fast and polite response from customer service when help is needed. Only slight complaint ....wish the product selection would change more often! Other than that....love Rebate Rewards !!

Rebate rewards used to be the best, now it's horrible. They no longer care about their past loyal members. All they care about now is their dumb VIP system that takes off points faster than you can earn them. Who wants to waste time logging in everyday when you see the same two lame free prosucts everyday if there's even any available to "non VIP"...and if you miss a day, automatic point deduction. Not worth it anymore. Whoever decided to change things us really screwed over the site.

Great product and program, sometimes it runs out of products that say they are available but not often. Lots of variety on the products!

What happened. What is with this site. Please don't fade away. I feel this site is going downhill and on life support. Nothing is ever 100% rebate anymore. What is on there is the same worthless products that seem to stay on the site for months. I guess the sellers really aren't interested in turning over their inventory.

Great idea free gifts. Just wished the items updated more often

I haven't been able to get anything in months because the inventory is pretty much not changing in a long time and also there is almost nothing at 100% off lately or even interesting.
I have been logging daily for the special program and it still not getting me as a 7 days consecutive log-ins.
Disappointing lately, but used to be great and I got a lot of things that I really enjoyed. Should go back to the way it was before.

I have been using Rebate Rewards for a couple of years. The products have been quality and the rebates are worth it. I have not had any rejections and I have noticed that they are making it easier to find the items we are searching for. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this.

Good, responsive customer service. I have received some really top quality products which I much appreciate. My only criticism is that I wish there were a few more on offer.

Terrible site lately. I don’t use them anymore but used to love it. Latest product Biotin vitamins was bought feb 6 and went through on the 8th on my payment and the order got declined for the reason “payment was still pending on the 6th day” which it wasn’t. So now I have to deal with returning it when I didn’t even want them anyways. RR is terrible now.

I used to love this site but lately there hasn't been any products to redeem. I loved the older system better. Wanted to give this 1 star but reviews are only posted with 3 stars or higher. I still have all the money in the account and it's so disappointing.

This site has been great. Free products (decent ones too.) reimbursement comes usually before the cutoff (when it automatically transfers even if the seller didn’t release it.) down one star for two reasons. Cannot use a partial amount of the rebate money you receive (Say I have $4 and the item is $5, I can’t just pay the difference, I have to wait for the money to reup next month). Plus the website needs a bit more detailed information in the help and questions section. It’s all good though.

Used to be best rebate site but can hardly find any products now. Also during restocking time i have to keep refreshing amost 5 times for any new deal to appear and by the time it is loaded, everything will be out of stock. It's simply waste of time as there is never anything available.
