Never received a rebate of over $100. Can no longer return items.

I ordered and received the keto frosting $11.99 on 4/1. NOW I find out I cannot receive my rebate until I spend a total of $20. However, NOTHING available now. Not one single item. When can I order something else so my total is over $20 and I can request my rebate? I would hate to return the frosting but will do so if new items are no where is sight. Please advise.

I was told there are plans for the website to close however there is no option on the site to redeem my payments that are owed.

Where are our payments? Checks are not being sent. I have one processing since January 29 and after sending an email multiple time, they are not responding. I feel like they are ready to close up shop and take our money. I hope we are ready for a class action settlement if that's the case.

Check are not being issued. It has been more than 10 days now that the checks are not issued for rebates.

My most recent rebate has not gone to my bank account and it's been weeks. I have sent 2 messages already with no response. I am owed $24.99

It used to be a great site but not anymore. There's not much offers and there's a minimum required for the payment. It's been months and finally I could get the minimum requirement for my rebate and it's been more than a month and haven't received anything. I contacted customer support 3 times and no response at all. Total scam

I had good experience with this site for a while. However, recently, the sellers already rebated the item I ordered but this company not sending me the check. I reached out for support but no response.

So, this website is stealing money from the sellers. For me, I just need to return back I ordered.

Not refunding me for a month now. I’ve emailed them and they’ve been stringing me along for weeks saying there’s an issue and then just ignoring me. Don’t order from this site. And I’m not able to return anymore!

I’ve been using rebate rewards for several years. It is a very honest and legitimate site, and I’ve earned and received many wonderful items. Anytime I might have needed customer, service and intervention, they were quick, swift, professional, and super helpful, providing excellent customer service.

this used to be a really great site. Now I've been waiting 2 weeks since claiming a payout and haven't gotten anything to the bank. Item is non refundable on amazon too. will never order from them again and recommend others stop using rebate rewards as well.

Great opportunity to get and experience cheaper or free products.

Love this site and the opportunity to test l, review and comment on new products, I also love the refund process, is pretty frictionless. The problem is that free products availability is lesser and lesser as time has gone by. Also the variety and quality of items has decreased significantly.

Orders missing from my account & poor communication
