Amazing company to deal with. Sent my son’s watch back after having it for one year as something had come loose. Communication was excellent, a return form was issued and I had a brand new watch within a week. Best customer service I have experienced and will be buying all future watches from this company.

Poor quality.
I bought two armani watches.. a black metal one came with a used back cover. the second armani watch also fell a line where it points to 5 o'clock after 2 weeks. they are poor quality watches.

Watch needed repair, customer service were in touch within 10 mins, no quibble, no fee return, picked up from my door, back to me within a week. The only reason not to buy a watch from real is they don't supply it. I love Seiko so I wont need to buy anywhere else, ever.

I sent a watch back for repair, they repaired it in 2 days. Due to no fault of their's Royal Mail messed up my delivery.. These people kept me updated and resent the watch to a new address Can't fault this company, kept me updated all the time and would 100% buy from them in the future.. Excellent company
