Scam Stay Away!! Don’t trust that Kevin guy. They take all of your information and never hear from them again.

I have asked numerous times for them to stop contacting me.

I'm a Realtor, they text constantly (always a different name) from a number that cannot be called, to take photos of whatever junk property they have. It requires taking photos, filling out a form and sending it in an email. All for the pathetic price of $25. Because of the rural nature of the area it would generally be 1 to 2 hours round-trip.

Do not rent here. Two months after I signed a one year lease, they informed me that the owners would be moving in in three months, and that I needed to move out. While I was willing to be bought out of my contract with them, they acted as though it was my responsibility to bend to what they wanted to do. After a month and a half of emailing back-and-forth, we finally came up with an agreement and I was to move out a month and a half later. While we did come to agreement, it was still less than what I would have to pay if I wanted to buy myself out of the lease. About two weeks after this, I was informed the homeowners changed their plans and that we would continue with finishing my original lease. At this point, I had spent a ton of time and money and had found a new place to live. Now I just want out of their house and to be done with their antics. But if I do not continue with the original lease they plan to take me to court.

Kevin has given me superior service with providing leads. I have had to reach out to Kevin and remind him from time to time to send leads. He always responds quickly and courteously.

Scammers. Lots of promises to trick you out of your money

Leads were worthless. When I would follow up with the seller/buyer most didn't know why I was calling them. Not satisfied! I let my account executive know I was disappointed. Haven't heard from Kevin or Ken since May. I want a refund of the $925 investment.

Realtors Works LLC. is a relatively new company, but don't let that fool you. Recently they've started offering seller leads, and I'm really impressed. If you're looking to expand your client base, Realtors Works LLC. is worth considering. I highly recommend them to other agents.
