Glen helped us through the process without any pressure, he tailored the potential properties to meet our requirements and because of him we managed to find our perfect home !

Wow …. Lorraine where do I start. You took the time out to understand and help me through this emotional process. A legacy to continue for my dad. Your kindness and your patience was simply outstanding. Always on hand to answer my questions, no matter how silly!! We are a British couple who decided to invest in a Spanish holiday rental. We reach out to Space to help with our search. WOW, we got so much more then someone just showing us houses! Space really is the end to end support we needed & made the whole process easy! The space team were great start to finish. Donya supported us all the way though the process. I really can’t speak highly enough of this company. We were looking to buy an apartment in Spain and really didn’t know where to start. From the first moment I spoke to Lorrainne she was incredibly helpful and phoned me every week without fail for a catch up. When we finally went over to Spain to look at properties we dealt with Liam who is an absolute star ! They made the whole process as smooth as possible and we finally completed on our perfect apartment today. I would not hesitate to recommend them so if you are looking for a property in Spain you do not need to look any further.

Space Real Estate were brilliant from the moment I first got in touch. I spoke with Lorrainne for a little while before the trip to discuss what we wanted and what was available. Lorrainne was so friendly and sent over lots of different options and we narrowed it down. Lorrainne listened to what we wanted and was never pushy at all. The communication via WhatsApp was easy, friendly and professional. Lorrainne then passed us over to Glen when we arrived in Spain.

Glen was extremely friendly and approachable, we built up a great working relationship with him instantly. Glen had great knowledge, answered all our questions and was able to recommend companies to work with in Spain. We were shown a variety of properties that all in some way fit our brief. Along with properties Glen also took us to different locations so we could have a look around. We were fortunate to secure an amazing property on the final day and we are so pleased with this. Glen is available via WhatsApp whenever needed and goes above and beyond. We completed on the property yesterday and both Glen and Lorrainne have been on hand with any questions or queries.

i don't really do social media,but i felt compelled to say how fantastic Space Real Estate have been.
It started on March 24th when we met Glen the agent.
He showed us around 5 properties and on the 7th July we completed on our new property.
Glen and Space Real Estate have been brilliant from start to finish.
With the experts they put us in touch with,it made the whole experience of buying abroad very simple & stress free.

Our agent Roger was a great asset to have guiding us through our purchase. Nothing was to much bother, always available, knowledgeable in every aspect and liaised well with the legal representatives on our behalf. The whole team done a great job for us. Cannot faulty them.

We have found our dream property on the Costa del Sol with Ryan from Space Real Estate. This was an amazing experience. Being in vacation in Andalusia and just walking through Marbella, we saw interesting advertisements at the office in Marbella and we just stepped in. Ryan answered all our questions and we agreed that he will send us several available options within the next days. And we received them. Ryan was always available to respond to our questions immediately. The communication with him was excellent. So we asked then, would it be possible to show us on one day several available options. We explained to Ryan our criteria and yes - Ryan made it possible to show us many options during this day. At the end we decided to make an offer for our dream property and Ryan managed everything, incl. the contact on the next day with the advocat and notary to organise everything. Now we are happy owners of our property. And also afterwards Ryan was always available for help, e.g. to provide contact to help us to get quick and easy internet connection in our new property. Space were very helpful and Ryan in particular was very friendly, informative and patient in helping us finding the perfect place for us which we did.
In a previous search we used various agents however this time only Ryan and he done the ground work with other agents which was much easier rather than dealing with 3-4 different agents and losing track of what you have seen and so on.
Ryan can contact any property you see online and arrange the viewing with the sellers agent which again made it much much easier.

We have been dealing with Milan from Space Marbella since we started our search for a property in the area. Milan has been more than helpful throughout the search and purchase process, going above and beyond all expectations. His expert advice was invaluable to us, and we really appreciated Milan’s patience as well as his readiness to help out in every possible scenario. From waiting to collect us from the airport, to arranging multiple viewings, assisting with accommodation, dropping us off wherever we needed to go and being very generous with his time, even supporting us with lawyers and banks - we received a 5*+ service. Milan was so helpful. He took us to view properties. He collected us and took us back to where we were staying. He did video viewings with us when we were in the UK. He coordinated the offers with the vendors agents. He even drove us to the solicitors after we had our offer accepted to sign the deeds. He did an inventory of the house we were buying and sent a video of the property to us after we got home as we had forgotten some of the details. It was a completely stress-free purchase and we are very pleased with our new property. Thank you Milan. I have already recommended him to two people I know looking to purchase in a similar area.

Lorrainne, just knows your brief and finds exactly what you're looking for, fantastic. Milan then goes above and beyond in securing and managing viewings. Excellent knowledge of the whole process as well as the area and what it has to offer. Milan and Lorrainne were absolutely fantastic.
