My phone was checked in pretty fast in time to get to class. I got an email quickly letting me know it was done. The guy that checked my phone was nice but I don't know his name. When I picked it up I got my phone from Danny. He was extremely helpful and even help me choose a case that was great and affordable for me. I know his name because he said "thank you for doing business with us and by the way my name is Danny". I would return again if needed.

The staff was readily available and eager to help as soon as I walked in the door. The new screen replacement was done really fast and my phone works like it was brand new.

I have been in Re-Tech many times, with many things, and the guys in there are always willing to help. Excellent, Non-Pushy Service
For a long time, I turned to my big-company wireless carrier for all of my cell phone needs. I quickly grew tired of the excessively long waits and extremely pushy sales men, so I decided to walk across the parking lot and give Re-Tech a try. I'm very happy that I did. I have visited Re-Tech several times now, and have yet to experience any disappointment. All of the employees are very pleasant, and I have been helped quickly every time. I also traded in my old phone and was given a very fair amount towards it that I applied towards a new (to me) phone. I have not had a single issue with the phone that I purchased, but even if I did, I know that the employees at Re-Tech would be very quick to assist me.
I highly recommend Re-Tech for all of your cell phone needs.

Excellent service and pricing
My ipad Air screen cracked 10 days after Apple Care coverage ended. I took it to Re-Tech and it was replaced in a few hours for a reasonable charge. Highly recommend!

Quick, but repair failed about 20 minutes later.
Customer service was good, but the repair failed just after I got home, (15 miles away). The repair was guaranteed and was fixed the next day after another 30 mile round trip. It's about 10 days later, and so far so good.

Quick service
Arrived at the Ocala store when they opened but was told that they couldn't help me (broken LCD display under glass of iphone 6s). Then employee asked others and found out they could help me but didn't have part. Called Gainesville location for me and was told they had it. Arrived in Gainesville and employee wasn't sure they could help me. Found out from others that they could. Service took 1 hour as they promised and was done well. Employee that I picked it up from was super friendly and nice.

Love them!
I use them all the time. Best customer service around. And if there's any gray area on warranty work, they warrantee it. I even overheard them tell a customer yesterday that her original warranty was 3 months, but they had changed their policy and retro acted it, so she still had 5 days left. Who does that?!? She left a very happy customer.

Fix it !!
I was please with the fact that they were able to put a new screen back on my iphone5S. When I picked up my phone they did not say anything about my camera wouldn't work. I'm not a tech so I don't know these things! Once I got home , I tried taking a selfie and it didn't work . I drove all the way back to the store , where I spoke to another rep. I was told it wouldn't work and that it is $35 to fix that problem and would take up another hour. I didn't have time , so I left and now my inside camera doesn't work. Thanks... You guys should really try communicating that next time ...

saved my cell phone
I am so grateful to RE Tech for saving my iPhone!! I spilled Coke all over it and it went black. Took it to them and they fixed it within 3 hrs. So so happy and will def use them again if the need arises. Thank you RE Tech!!!!
