Re-Tech did a great job fixing my iPhone and they had it complete within 2 hours. Their prices were reasonable. I will definitely go back to them if I have any more problems with my phone!

In these days of tech-hussle, vaporware and overpricing; it is remarkable to encounter a business that is unfailingly ethical, courteous, and effective. Re-Tech's professional staff (not some burger-flipper slumming between jobs) carefully documented the tale of my inoperative, coffee-infused MackBook Pro (which held a vital document), soothed my agitated mind and addressed the problem with dispatch. They got the machine running again and because no parts or extensive labor was required...NO CHARGE! I will return next week to have them migrate files onto my new machine (and use my introductory 30% discount coupon!). I realize this statement might be considered a bit "over the top," but as a 20-year tech professional, I stand by every word. It is a pleasure to do business with Re-Tech in Gainesville; I heartily recommend them for all your computer, phone and other tech-gadget repairs.

Great turnaround time on replacing the screen of my LG V10 when no one else in town had the part to do so. While the replacement was a bit pricey ($250,) it was fixed correctly and promptly the first time. The employees were both informative and polite in store and on the phone.

The customer service here is top notch! They were very helpful, understanding, and efficient when it came to fixing my iPad. I hope I never have to use them again, but I know that if I ever have any issues with any of my electronic devices this is the place to go!

I came in with a broken phone and although it was repairable, the customer service tech, Janika (sp?), advised that I would save money by purchasing a new phone. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. She clearly explained return policies, offered to put on a glass screen protector and VERY politely offered to help me find a case for my new phone for obvious reasons.

The screen on my older slide phone crashed. I went there to get a newer phone. They had a good selection of phones. I picked the one I wanted and even with the screen non functional on my old phone they were able to transfer all my contacts to the new phone. I was in and out with a fully functional phone in 1/2 hour. This is the second phone I have purchased from them and will return in the future for any more phones I need and repairs if necessary.

I decided it was time to bite the bullet. I took my iPhone 6 in to fix the cracked screen. The cost was less than I expected, in fact, I replaced the tempered glass protection on my phone and my daughter's phone as well as replacing my screen all for under $175 and it took less than an hour to do it all. Great experience!!

They had the best price for my IPhone 6 screen replacement that I could find. The repair was done in under 30 minutes and looks and works great. They also do bundle deals if you get a case and a repair which was what I did. Great place, hopefully I don't need to go back, but if I do it's where I'll go.

The "I" key stopped working on my laptop. I took it to Best Buy (where I had bought it) and they said it would cost over $200.00 and I should get a new laptop. Took it to ReTech and they fixed it for $80. They were professional, did the job in less time than I expected. Very happy!

I dropped my brand new uninsured iPhone 6 in the toilet and it started acting erratically, spontaneously dialing and face-timing people. The Retech people were great. They explained what they were going to do with it: open it and check for standing water, remove rust, and dry it out completely. I picked up a perfectly functioning phone the following day. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and if they can't fix your phone they don't charge you. They even removed a grain of rice from the charging portal! I'd go back to Retech any time. Highly recommended!
