Awesome machine. Excelent quality. Very easy to assemble. The paint quality is outstanding. It resist acetone and paint thinner like nothing I've ever seen before. The only bad thing is that an engine cowling came too large and did not fit correctly to the fuselage. The rest is just perfect. Congratulations FlishRC!!!

I was on the fence and finally jumped and placed My order for the JCZK300C , I was expecting to be underwhelmed and disappointed but and I mean but I was wrong very much so, this copter is a work of art, I have never seen one like this absolutely stunning and it does not stop there, it flies as good as it looks. My first flight the winds were 12+mph and this bird was solid and stable. I give it 5 stars a 10 out of 10. Yes it’s pricey but worth every penny.

HI, everything was in stock and shipped out very quickly. Everything was pack good with no broken items. Good company so far.

I ordered the BO-105 and received it very promptly. So, even though it came from China, the delivery was faster than expected! However, I ordered a second helicopter the Bell 412 and delivery time was not good. As others have noted having Kiana to communicate with was a blessing. Did not know if this was a man or woman so whoever he/she is responded timely and kept me informed!

I received two K270 desktop helis one for a friend and one for me, friend never flew a heli before, but after a few encouraging words and a demonstration from me he flew It with no trouble at all,he was amazed how stable these newer helis are, he started flying it like a pro.
I have a few other birds, EC135 470, MD500 250, the larger JCZK 300 Pro Schweizer RTF Helicopter, all fly great. Razordon is a good company to do business with.

Great product parts and customer service

Wait times are not clearly mentioned during the buying process, and then you get zero response when emailing to make any questions regarding the order or shipping. Products might be excellent, I haven’t tried it yet but logistics are a serious let down

Ordering was easy, Price was right and was expecting the wait. Have enjoyed the K170 and K270 and ordered several more to have fun with friends and being new to helicopters know I will crash. So far it has been a pleasant experience.

Heli as advertised, beautiful scale look and flies well. Shipped quickly and safely.

I had ordered a FLISHRC 500 size airwolf helicopter on September 21 2025. I waited such a long time for it to be shipped out. I was not very happy with razordon. Then Kiana their service Rep got involved, she did everything she could to keep me updated on the shipping delay. The helicopter finally shipped out on December 13 2025 which was a really long time. Had it not been for Kianas good communication, and devotion to making sure I understood what was going on I would have just cancelled the order.

One good thing that’s going with Razordon is having Kiana as their customer service rep.
I was very disappointed when I got the first RC helicopter I ordered because it had a defective transmitter.
Kiana got involved and helped me out by reordering a replacement unit. She was genuinely sympathetic and made an effort to actually make good on her promise that a replacement is on the way. Apparently, it had to be ordered from China and it took so long to arrive but I’m grateful that Kiana was there to assure me that a replacement was coming. THank you.
Razordon, your delivery time is unacceptably too long. Why don’t you have a storage in the US so we can get our orders faster?

Purchased the Bell AH 1 Cobra. Looking forward to enjoying what appears to be a quality product. Fully appreciate the time to fulfill an order for such a unique item and was doing my best to understand the process and be patient.
However, the decision to utilize SpeedX as their delivery service proved to be very frustrating. Inquiries to Speedx asking about delays receiving my order was met with, what eventually became apparent, inaccurate information and reasons and lack of timely responses. Took much of the enjoyment out of this exchange.
Would not hesitate to do business with Razordon again. Good product, timely communication and helpful suggestions but would not make a purchase if they shipped via Speedx. I would definitely make that a condition before completing the purchase.

I ordered a Helicopter Storage Case for the Goosky E2 GPS Rescue Helicopter from Razordon. During shipment the storage case was damaged. As such, I sent their Customer Support Team an email and a representative by the name of Kiana responded. I had requested that they send me another Helicopter Storage Case to replace the damaged case. I sent them pictures of the damaged case and Kiana worked with their package/shipping department and actually had it double wrapped prior to shipping the replacement case. The replacement case was delivered undamaged. I had a very positive experience working with Kiana. Great job!!!

When working with Razordon, the fact they are located in China it is important to understand that it may take several weeks for your order to arrive. A recommendation to Razordon, open a store or warehouse in the United States!

Purchased an item that was out of stock, then requested a refund and they wanted me to purchase the upgraded model. I refused and then had to file a Paypal dispute to get a refund of$720.

I have been regularly following the news on this seller's website on YouTube and the website for almost a year now. They always know how to impress with the latest technology presentations. At the beginning of this year, I also purchased a top-of-the-line JCZK 300 C PRO helicopter, which I am satisfied with. And I really appreciate the willingness of the technical team to always help me if I encounter a problem with its operation. It is not a problem to obtain any spare part. And at an affordable price. The technical team always explains my problem in a practical way, for which I am very grateful to them. It saves me a lot of work searching on YouTube and reading various instructions.
