The review by "Linda King" is fake.
"Linda King" has never contacted, shopped or engaged our business.
Despite knowing this, the business checked our order inventory and there is no record of "Linda King's" details or order with Raw Dog Food Company Ltd. Additionally, there is no email correspondence.
Following Trustpilot's guidelines, even knowing the review as illegitimate, the business requested information from "Linda King", namely a valid order number and courier tracking number, but "Linda King" failed to respond.

My dog loves it
My dog started refusing the raw dog food I was buying so after checking other reviews I thought I would give this company a go. I wanted a variety box so my dog could try something different, I was unsure what to get so called up and a lovely lady helped me choose the best value that included lots of different minced raw. I ordered, booked my delivery date and it was delivered on time as promised. My dog loves it and she does not leave any in her dish. The Southcliffe Variety Box gives her so many different flavors every day is different. Have just taken delivery of my 2nd box

Very good to deal with
After always cooking for my dogs, I found myself working a lot more and not having the time. I have tried my two dogs on raw food before but they would turn their nose up at it, so I have been feeding them on a reputable branded dog food for the past year or so. I never felt comfortable with that because you don't really know what is in it and I like things to be as natural as possible and that means no preservatives such as BHA and BHT.
My Staffy X American boy has some serious allergies that have seen him have injections, tablets and creams, whilst my girl Staffy nearly died after having a bad reaction to flea/tic medication and has been left with loss of hair and awful skin. I decided that now was the time to try them on raw food again with the hope of boosting their immune systems to help combat and control these awful afflictions.
I recently did some research on raw dog food and came across RAW. I called the company for advice to be met with a very knowledgable lady that was only too happy to explain one or two things to me, I followed her advice and went ahead and purchased a mixture of 80/10/10 plus a few extras like heart and turkey necks.
Now I am not sure what the difference is between this raw food and those I tried previously, but my dogs literally wolfed the meat right down, every last bit. They have only been eating this food for a couple of days but I noticed an immediate difference in certain things. Their toilet habits are greatly changed for a start, with them going less. Instead of my garden looking like it houses a heard of donkeys, I have actually had to go in search of their deposits. They seem a little calmer too, no longer like children that have had 10 tubes of smarties. Its great!
I rang RAW again today and spoke to another lovely lady about what I could add to the raw food and again was given some excellent advice on vegetables.
I would like ot thank the RAW team for their knowledgable staff and great products and I am hoping to do another review in a couple of months time once my dog's new diet has taken a real hold. Hopefully my boy's immune system will be back to full strength and alongside my home made CBD cream, my girl will be getting back to normal too.

Good customer service after issues
Update: owner contacted me today to discuss the issues I faced. Was genuinely concerned & asked for more information on batch numbers etc. Explained their supply chain & actions their safety officer takes. I believe issues may be related to actions once product left their premises rather than with the company themselves. Rating changed from 1* to 3*. Happy to give them another shot.
Ordered Sutherland premium beef mince and venison spine/ribs. Moved straight to freezer within an hour of delivery but on defrosting the venison smelt fishy. Dog licked it but moved on quickly, turns out that was sensible as after eating the beef mince for the next few days he had bad stomach every day. Reckon the chill chain had been compromised as previous smaller order of same products didn't have same results. Now thrown away nearly 15kgs of food as can't take this risk with my boy won't use again.

I purchased a batch of Southcliffe beef…
I purchased a batch of Southcliffe beef and tripe, every pack has massive wholes in the plastic underneath. This also led to my dog getting a bad stomach, it must be this batch as he was fine once I moved him away firm this batch.
The supplier had no interest in supporting me, wouldn't take them back or offer a refund, or discount.
I also had some patronising comments like "well nobody else complained", and "well that's what I feed my dog".
Needless to say I won't be using them again. Sadly now I'm stuck with 20 packs of food that is of no use.
I get the impression there is serious lack of maturity in this team and would advice not to risk ending up in the same boat.
Personally, I would have been more interested in getting a sample returned and building a case to discuss with the manufacturer.

The reason for the delay was the video you provided had been sent to the manufacturer and our food safety manager for comment. These things can sometimes take time but I appreciate you felt the need to post your remarks before our investigation was complete. We always take complaints seriously and prefer to have all the details from suppliers and our experienced staff before coming back to our clients. Our staff are trusted professionals as are our suppliers and I am only sorry you felt the need to express your frustration before we could comment with all of the facts in hand. We have today provided a full refund to you which you should receive within the next five working days. Should you wish to receive it, we should have this week a full explanation of the hole in the single pack of Southcliffe shown in the video you kindly shared.

Excellent service
Our dog is now 4 and we moved him on to raw food at about 1. The staff at Raw Dog Food Company explained how to transition to raw food and were very knowledgable and friendly. Since then we have had excellent service whether on the phone (for advice/info) or online (for orders). Every order has arrived on time and with all the correct items. Most importantly our dog is healthy, happy and has a wonderful shiny coat. I would highly recommend this company and in fact have done so for friends who now also use them.

We live in Cornwall and get our dogs food from Raw Dog Food Company in Norwich, we find they have a great selection of brands and stock. We have no issues with our deliveries they always arrive in a timely manner and notification is sent giving us the ETA.

All meat spoilt :(
Perfect delivery but unfortunately all the meat bad. I’m not sure if this was the company’s fault or DPD, but all the meat was brown and smelt bad once defrosted. I had ordered from DAF, Southcliffe , dogs butcher , and Birmingham raw . Everything bar the fish products I ordered were spoilt. My dog loves his food (and has had from these brands before happily) and won’t even eat this (have tried to feed it to him for weeks even mixed in with stuff and he won’t) . I even have raw rabbit that is really dark brown colour , raw rabbit meat shouldn’t be this colour it should be pale. It’s a shame as my first order from this company was ok but this has put me off . It’s not just one brand of meat that was ruined it was all of them

It is quite unusual that the frozen meat from a number of trusted suppliers was discoloured. We are one of the few raw dog food companies who engage a Food Safety Consultant to ensure the protection of the raw food supply chain. Please note, depending on the batch and the type of meat blended, the colour of the mince product can vary.
