*update….nice guy called dean called me asking about technical problems after this review, followed by a message so I could send details of any problems. He explained their app had been tweaked recently and I was due to order anyway. I have just placed an order with no technical problems at all. Thanks to dean for his genuine interest in working out of there are any problems so they can work on them and I’m pleased to say this order was super simple and as it should be!

I buy online every month and a half or so for about 2 years now, they have excellent customer service. The food comes well packaged, still frozen and on time. They have a great variety to choose from and loads of different brands. Would recommend.

Raw Dog Food Company is fantastic, the staff always go above and beyond to meet customer needs and getting my orders prepared especially when I've left things to the last minute! The dogs were very impressed
We wanted to try a protein that our dogs haven’t had before, in a bid to get to the bottom of itching/allergies. We chose kangaroo and I have to say it was a massive hit with my fussy dogs, gone in seconds! We will definitely be ordering again and fingers crossed it solves their itchiness!

Novel or exotic proteins, like kangaroo, are ideal for dogs who are both fussy eaters and for those dogs who have sensitivities to traditional proteins. There's also rabbit with fur, exotic meaty minces, as well as all protein treats such as ostrich, sea bass, goat and your dog's current favourite, kangaroo!
