Low quality discoloured SUKI necklace.
I was so excited about my first purchase from Raven James Jewellery and I have waited a long time until there was a sale in November last year. Imagine my disappointment when I unpacked it in June ( bought it on behalf of my hubby as my birthday present, hence the unpacking this year) and it looked tarnished and discoloured.
It looked nothing like in the pictures online. A lot of money was spent on a piece of jewellery that is unwearable due to discolouration.
I had an eye on a couple of other jewellery pieces but will not be buying anything from Raven James as the quality is so poor.
Unacceptable and hugely disappointing.

I ordered some jewellery from Raven James and there was a slight problem with my order when it arrived. Customer service responded very quickly and were very helpful. The jewellery is beautiful and I would buy here again

I have several pieces from Raven James and keep seeing more pieces that I would love to add to my collection.

I bought my pair of coin hoops when they were launched - they are still going strong and I wear them almost daily. I pair them with the coin huggies or chunky hoops. Would love it if there were more stud earrings to choose from and a larger version of the coin and Cara hoops (same thickness but larger diameter).

The customer service team are brilliant and very quick to respond to queries. I was disappointed when the gold wore off one of my pendants but they replaced the item swiftly for me and I’ve had no issues with the new pendant. I can’t fault the team at RJ.

I can’t wait to see what designs Fleur comes up with next!

This is my first time buying from this company and I'm very happy with my necklace. Came promptly in lovely packaging and is a beautiful design.

Love Raven James, I bought a tiger‘s eye bracelet absolutely loved it however really sadly lost it. I decided to order another one the same when it arrived the beads were significantly smaller but for the same price which really was very disappointing.
The biggest ick however was the ridiculous clasp.. looks great but needed people to put it on ! Massively pissed me off.. wouldn’t buy from them again. Also the gold necklace looks cheap and is pricey

I own multiple pieces of Raven James now. Absolutely love the designs, so versatile. The founder and staff are always so friendly. No pressure to purchase, just keen to assist you in picking the right piece for you. I love how when you put the beaded necklaces on, they almost have a cooling effect. There are endless possibilities with pendants. You can wear this jewellery everyday and for special occasions. It truly boosts any outfit. Love love love it!

Raven James provides everything I need from my jewellery - A weightiness that spells luxury, I love that all the designs are bang up to date but also echo the past, for instance I have a brooch given to all children born in the same year as the queens coronation which the new square locket reminds me of.
I love every piece I have including the silver extender chain which I wear with the Lulu Necklace to make it a little longer around my neck, also the arabella which just looks amazing.
I also think the earrings are amazing although I sometimes have trouble getting the posts through the backs of my ears.
All I have said wouldn’t amount to much without the outstanding customer service team who really do care about making their customers happy.
I keep my precious 5 pieces in a small drawer and hardly open my Jewellery box as I would feel lost without at least wearing one piece of raven james every day.

Absolutely love this range . I have purchased a few items now ….i like it as it is a unique range / different from some of the mainstream jewellery I have looked at. The quality is amazing , design is stunning and you can do different things to some of the necklaces . They all arrived beautifully packaged and quickly . I have my eye now on a bracelet … very happy

My new bracelet was even more lovely than I had hoped and quickly made its way into my everyday stack. In fact, I haven’t taken it off since receipt. I love that the beautiful pieces from Raven James Jewelry are timeless but never ordinary. There is always a classic element but I don’t see myself coming and going- no one wants that. I have never wanted to be trendy with my jewelry, but sometimes things that are very plain and simple can feel a bit boring. Fleur and her team have created some beautiful, unique pieces that have quickly become my daily finishing touches.

RavenJames has a great customers, reply’s quickly and tries to find a solution to your problem.

The jewellery is beautiful, feels good and can be worn everyday.

I have a few pieces of jewellery from Raven James and they are absolutely gorgeous! I love how you can combine different pieces to create your own unique combination. In find the bracelets difficult to operate the clasp to put it on so i prefer their necklaces and earrings etc.. but overall the quality is fantastic!

I own multiple pieces from Raven James including the beautiful River necklace and Stella pendant and various earrings and have been delighted with the quality of everything I have bought so far. I have also gifted pieces to family who love them too. They are now my go to jewellery brand whenever I'm looking for jewellery to gift or to treat myself to! I love that the pieces are so unique and eye catching and I get so many compliments when I'm wearing Raven James. I have owned some pieces for a few years now and they still look as good as new, with no issues with tarnishing. Their customer service has always been excellent too. I would highly recommend Raven James as a jewellery brand.

Love my jewellery it is good quality and the packaging is fabulous - love the unique clasps to be able to mix up the pendants - it is a little pricey but worth it!

The website is easy to navigate. The jewellery styles are unique and allow me to customize.

Love all the jewelry and a very good service too

I’m a return customer of Raven James Jewelry. I have the River Chain, the Raven Bracelet, the Bella Bracelet in silver, and the Chunky Coin hoops. I wear the bracelets and the necklace most days and the coin hoops often. I did have to take the bracelets to the jeweler to be shortened, but the designs were well suited for this. I love the look and feel of the jewelry and the unique style-the little North Star signature charm is SO charming! The pieces dress up or down. I’m looking forward to expanding my collection in the future. Packaging and customer service experience was nice. I’m only reducing by one star because paying for return shipping is pricey, but I also understand it’s a small company!

I now have 5 different pieces from Raven James. I live in them and already have my eye on what I'd like next. I have received them as birthday and Christmas presents. I've had so many compliments about them. Delivery is always quick, and the packaging is stunning. Also, I can be allergic to certain metals, but these are very comfortable to wear and don't break me out at all. Something a bit different and special.

Absolutely beautiful pieces of jewellery. I cannot wait for new releases. Customer services is also outstanding .
