Great quality and fit

Could not contact the company by phone but did it by email as we wanted to order garden furniture but delay delivery until after the 6th October and was told this was ok. We ordered the furniture online and requested delivery for after the 6th October, then a few days after placing the order we received a phone call from a local carrier to say that they had the furniture from Rattanpark and wanted to arrange delivery which we did. When the carrier arrived he was very helpful and everything seems to be ok as we had to store it in the garage for now until we clear the area in the garden for the furniture to go. This would have been 5 stars if they had delayed our order as requested and if it was possible to contact them by phone.

Ordered the cover for my furniture I bought earlier in the year , the cover is great quality as was the the furniture. Highly recommend.

Excellent product, went for the Cambridge U shaped modular set. Great quality, easy to put together. There were. Unfortunately 2 seat cushions missing so I contacted straight away but was on a weekend so got a response on Monday to confirm what was missing. I then had a telephone call the following day just to reconfirm and was told the cushions would be with me the following day and apologised for the missing cushions. The delivery arrived the next day as promised and had a follow up email to see if everything was ok. That is excellent customer service and care. I would definitely recommend this company, not only for the price and quality of the product but also the customer service. Thankyou

Excellent product, service and price

From placing the order to delivery was a matter of days. The corner sofa set looks fabulous, is great quality and the extra thick cushions are the comfiest I've ever had. The size of the dual height coffee table is amazing.

Ordered on Monday, delivered on Friday! I initially panicked once I'd placed the order, worrying I had ordered from a dodgy Facebook advert, as my order went to 'out for delivery' status, without actually stating when the delivery would be made. But i received an invoice receipt straightaway, followed by a phone call a couple of days later to arrange the delivery.

Love the product, Sicily Aluminium set. All delivered fully assembled, apart from the table top. Gorgeous thick plump cushions. Looks fab and is soooo comfy. Very happy!

Excellent quality product would recommend

Expected a longer wait for the delivery but turned up within a couple of days of ordering. Pallet dropped to drive way, massive boxes and furniture not easy to get round to the garden. Impressed with the overall look and feel for the price, think it should come with a rain/weather cover for the winter though, having to order one separately but the place I brought from doesn’t have one, this means an after market one which won’t fit properly no doubt….

After a little confusion regarding the delivery address, with the help of Daniel in customer Service who actually worked out of hours for me, I Received my furniture in super quick time and am delighted with it! Very very thick cushions, all packaged very well, easy to assemble the table and the overall look is great!
